As a Sales Executive at JNJ Technologies & Services, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth and success through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospects, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. Your ability to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of our solutions will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet those needs.

- Collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions that align with client objectives and requirements.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.

- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Track and report sales activities and outcomes using our CRM system.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in Sales

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate content strategy that aligns with the company's communication goals and target audience. This includes creating compelling and impactful content for various channels such as the website, blog, social media, and corporate collateral.

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation, ensuring consistent brand messaging, tone, and voice across all corporate communication channels.

3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using this information to inform content development and identify opportunities for proactive media engagement and thought leadership.

4. Optimize content for search engines and track content performance using relevant analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.

5. Plan, coordinate, and manage public relations activities, including press releases, media interviews, media outreach campaigns, and building relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers.

6. Develop and execute corporate events such as conferences, seminars, and product launches, creating event strategies, budgets, and timelines to achieve communication objectives and maximize attendee engagement.

7. Create and distribute event-related communications, invitations, and promotional materials to enhance event participation and awareness, while securing speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities at industry conferences and events.

8. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment with corporate values and goals. This includes creating and distributing internal communications materials, organizing town hall meetings, employee forums, and facilitating open dialogue.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.

3. Strong knowledge of corporate communications principles, strategies, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in communication tools, digital platforms, and analytics for content creation, distribution, and measurement.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and impactful messaging.

6. Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique content ideas and innovative communication strategies.

7. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure communication effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and emerging communication trends and technologies.

10. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as Software/Solution Architect
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise integration patterns
• Expertise to help developing advanced cloud-based solutions like AWS, Google or Microsoft. Ability
• to plan, design and scale AWS cloud based implementations using the best practises recommended
• by Amazon
• Experience in software development and coding in various platforms (like Java, Python, Node.js,
• Angular, Kotlin, React, Swift etc)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with enterprise service bus like Mule, Apache Camel is a plus
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

• Leads development of solution architecture , preparation of technical plans, in liaison with business
• assurance and project staff
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Working proactively to maintain a stable, viable architecture and ensure consistency of design across
• projects within the programme
• Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for
• new software or applications
• Ensures that technical strategies, policies, standards and practises are applied correctly working
• proactively to maintain
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired
• product
• Provides guidance on technical aspects of the solution development and integration
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Ensures that appropriate tool and method are available, understood and employed in the
• architecture development

Responsibilities

• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

• Creating RESTful services with Node.js

• Architect scalable web architectures

• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests

• Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

• Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly

• should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development using Java.
• should have proven expertise in Spring Boot REST/Microservices.
• should have used design patterns like MVP, MVC or MVVM and should know when to use which.
• should have working experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• should have multiple years of experience with cloud application design  and in one or more reputable cloud platform providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure … )
• should have professional experience working in an agile development environment.
• should have strong communication skills and like making decisions.
• should follow good software engineering principles such as TDD, writing modular, maintainable and clean code

The Fullstack Lead should excel in a collaborative, results-driven culture and be able to influence engineers, stakeholders, and leadership on mobile strategies & technologies.

Major Responsibilities:

• Incumbent will be architecting our mypay Portal products and choosing the best technologies, components and subsystems on different server side tech.
• Driving innovations in the product constantly to remain ahead of the curve.
• Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues.
• Proactively identify architectural weaknesses and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to solve complex problems and build products spanning across multiple teams to deliver end-to-end products & features.
• Estimates efforts, identifies risks, devises and meets project schedules.
• Provide functional, design, and code reviews in related areas of expertise with-in team and cross-team.

Qualifications.

• 5+ Years relevant software development experience, with a Full Stack profile (experience in front-end, back-end, integration, cloud automation and orchestration)
• proficient in Functional & Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns with expertise in various cloud-native technologies (MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, React.js, Graph QL, etc).
• Knowledge of Nodejs, Javascripts and other programming languages and frameworks is must.
• Experience using Cloud Native CI/CD tools (aws Pipelines/ aws codebuild).
• Experience in test driven development & writing of unit and integration tests is a must
• Demonstrated ability of design and development of applications/ products utilizing a variety of architecture principles, including a microservices serverless
• Experience working in agile teams with demonstrated application of the principles.
• Demonstrable proficiency in developing complex JavaScript applications.
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment.

• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering quality products.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails, React JS tech stacks
• Experience in building high performance web applications/APIs
• Top notch analytical/problem solving/debugging skills
• Should have proven ability to build, lead and develop a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate needs as well as provide the team with a clear overview of the priorities
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
