We are looking for a Manager for our growth marketing team to spearhead all performance marketing initiatives for user acquisition with cost efficiencies. The individual should have a progressive outlook on how to best utilize digital marketing channels to drive performance and has experience as digital & growth marketer. Role & Responsibilities: ●Work with a team of highly skilled performance marketers and craft user acquisition strategies. ●Manage & scale desktop and mobile marketing across Google & Fb along with 3rd party partners delivering new customers at defined CAC & quality. ●Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas. ●Have an eye for good copy, content and creatives. Apart from growth objectives, the role will require to improve the quality of elements like creative and copy in-line with the brand guidelines. ●Leverage a "Test Control" approach to constantly improve scale and quality of relevant users. ●Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the user’s journey. ●Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses. ●Improve efficiency by identifying ways to eliminate repetitive manual work and automating repetitive tasks. Experience: ●3-5 years of experience in managing Google ads / Facebook ads for websites and apps. ●Bachelor or MBA degree in marketing, business, technology or relevant field of study. ●Combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail ●Passion for quantitative analysis and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. ●A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketing. ●Been a part of 0-1 startup journeys and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. ●Hands-on experience with Analytics platforms such as GA/ Adobe Analytics and MMPs such as Appsflyer/ Branch / Singular.

We're rapidly expanding our Digital Transformation team at Bajaj Capital and are looking for talented Associate Product Managers to lead the development of multiple initiatives.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and quality assurance analysts to execute on a portfolio of complex projects related to designing the next generation of our B2C and B2B offerings.
This position is based out of our swanky Gurugram head office.
Ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment and not minding getting their hands dirty is a must.
Location: Gurugram
A successful candidate for this role will have 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in delivering and managing industry-first products and platforms, with a strong user focus, excellent project management skills, delivering impeccable BRDs and PRDs, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. They should be well-accustomed to project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Role requirements:
1. Utilization of agile methodologies: to define requirements, prioritize features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing, for newly-developed products as well as enhancements to existing products
2. Understanding data and analytics and using that as a focal point for all deliveries is a must.
3. Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including digital sales, marketing, business management, and design and engineering teams.
4. Takes responsibility as the Product Owner/ Champion of the assigned product/ module and is the go-to person for any solutions/requirements in the assigned area.
5. Ability to develop quick partnerships with 3rd party systems and integrate their API's to enhance a company's product capabilities faster.
6. Ensure UAT and QA checks on every product release.
7. Make sure OKRs and timelines are met without impacting the quality of product or its release.
