Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner with deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, HRSD)

and strong scripting and data-handling skills.

This role focuses on translating real enterprise workflows into structured, data-driven AI training tasks, helping improve reasoning and understanding within AI systems. It is not a platform configuration or app development role — instead, it blends functional ServiceNow knowledge, prompt engineering, and data design to build the next generation of intelligent enterprise models.

Key Responsibilities

·    Define decision frameworks and realistic scenarios for AI reinforcement learning based on ServiceNow workflows.

·    Design scenario-driven tasks mirroring ServiceNow processes like case handling, SLA tracking, and IT incident management.

·    Develop and validate structured data tasks in JSON, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

·    Write natural language instructions aligned with ServiceNow’s business logic and workflows.

·    Use SQL queries for validation and quality checks of task data.

·    Apply prompt engineering techniques to guide model reasoning.

·    Collaborate with peers to expand and document cross-domain scenarios (CSM, ITSM, HRSD).

·    Create and maintain documentation of scenario patterns and best practices.

Required Experience

·    4–6 years of experience with ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM, HRSD).

·    Deep understanding of cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management processes.

·    Proven ability to design realistic enterprise scenarios mapping to ServiceNow operations.

·    Exposure to AI model training workflows or structured data design is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

·    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM / CSM / HRSD)

·    Exposure to AI/ML workflows or model training data preparation.

·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with client-facing 

Mandatory Skills: Scripting (Javascript, Glide Script), JSON Handling, SQL, Service Now Modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) and Prompt Engineering.

As an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts, you would be responsible for managing Accounts payable, Banking & Payments, Monthly Closing and Reconciliations, Statutory Filings - Audit & Secretarial and other related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Daily & Weekly review - Vendor bills, employee expense reimbursement & other transactions according to stipulated guidelines.

• Preparation of weekly payment tracker file and weekly payment uploads in different banking portals

• Corporate Card transactions review & reconciliations.

• Maintain Fixed Assets Register.

• Coordinating with Account Executives, Vendors & Internal teams on routine stuff

• Weekly & Monthly bank reconciliations in Intacct for all the 5 entities.

• Petty Cash Management & Payouts.

• Imprest Accounts reconciliations.

• Monthly TDS - transaction verification and payments.

• Accruals and Prepaid Exp Tracker - Booking of accounting transactions & completion of reconciliation statement on monthly basis.

• AP Ageing reconciliation with Trial Balance.

• Inter Company reconciliations – monthly.

• Statutory Monthly & Quarterly Tax Returns - Overseas & India (VAT & GST).

• TDS, GST & VAT Returns - Data validation and coordination with consultants for filing

• Foreign Lability & Assets Report (FLA), MSME Returns, MCA filings, APR filings, ROC and other related filings

• Board Minutes - Data sharing and coordination with consultants.

• Tax Returns filings verification.

• Assistance to Internal teams in Annual Audits.

• Project assigned by Finance Head & Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in of Commerce (M. Com)

• 7-9 years of relevant experience

• Robust oral and written communication and presentation skills

• High degree of computer literacy, working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel

• Experience in any ERP like Quickbooks, Intacct, Tally, Expensify etc.

• Strong attention to deadlines and detail – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Design, Business, and Operations teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure the smooth integration of engineering efforts across the organization.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks. Proactively identify areas of technical debt and drive initiatives to reduce it.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.
