• Candidate should be strong in Core ABAP + S4HANA Implementation/Migration

• Good hands-on knowledge on Core ABAP and OOABAP

• Must have Implementation and Migration to S4HANA.

• Good hands-on experience and knowledge is required on OData, CDS, AMDP, RAP

• Experience in SAP Enhancement Framework.

• Experience in Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Script, User Exits.

• Dictionary, Business Add-In, BADIs, Data Interfaces, RFC, ALE, ALV, IDOCS, BDC, BAPI, BDC, LSMW, Web-UI.

• Good Knowledge on SAP Tables Fields, Domains and on creating Search Help.

• Experience in SQL Trace, SAP Run time analysis, Debugging ABAP, Query Info Sets.

• Experience with report development, performance tuning, modification, and support of SAP customized and standard programming.

• Knowledge in web services (SOAP/REST/HTTP POST).

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Job Description

Modules: Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent management, Goals and performance Management.

Skills: functional/configuration skill in both EBS HRMS & Fusion HCM modules

• To design, develop and implement software applications and systems based on users' needs. 
• Understand and analyze the technical specifications and suggest code optimization ideas. 
• Fill timesheets and complete invoicing process on or before the deadline.
• Interact with customers on a need basis and flag any requirements or issues raised by the customer to seniors in the team. 
• Develop software code as per specifications, by understanding customer requirements. 
• Track open tickets/ incidents in the queue and allocate tickets to resources. 
• Constantly review if there is a better way of doing things, which may help with economizing time or money or deliver better to the customer. 
• Adhere to the quality process ¿ update the defect logs, and test scripts, and comply with quality processes and timelines. 
• Perform self-code reviews as per standards. 
• Develop project consolidated status reports and perform all activities related to re-usage, accuracy and efficiency.
• Work alongside others, deliver own goals, and support team members in meeting theirs, thereby contributing to the overall satisfaction of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart and quick commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Dunzo.
• Develop and execute strategies for product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with account managers across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
• Optimize product visibility and performance through SEO, A+ content, paid ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand, identify growth opportunities, and maximize revenue.
• Ensure smooth coordination of operations, from order fulfilment to returns management.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team for content creation and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and adapt to evolving marketplace algorithms, policies, and competitor activity.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems.
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketplace operations.
• Expertise in tools and strategies for marketplace sales optimization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Prior experience of managing marketplaces in D2C business required. Experience in nutraceuticals, wellness, or FMCG sector is a plus.

• Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases for APIs and web services
• Discover, analyze, and document defects in our Jira system
• Create and maintain automation frameworks using Object Oriented concepts and basic design patterns
• Create, maintain, and execute test scripts, analyze and communicate test results using Appium and Selenium
• Create API and web services automated tests using Java, Postman, SOAP UI, Jmeter, REST assured, or similar tools
• Mentor QA resources in test automation
• Provide the Team Lead with effort estimates and progress reports

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience with backend automation with technologies like RESTful APIs, Web Services Java, Postman, SOAP UI, Jmeter, REST assured
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Java and Core Java
• Minimum 7 years of experience in QA
• Experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, and/or XCUI test
• Experience using Git and CI tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with mobile app testing on iOS and Android
• Experience with testing web apps/websites
• Great communication skills
• Ability to contribute to improving QA best practices
