• The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
• Experience in Mobile UI Design , responsive website
• Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web front-end.
• Experience in creating mockups and converting PSD into HTML(Responsive) , HTML/CSS into PNG/JPEG.
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Firework, illustrator, Dreamweaver.
• Well versed in HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Bootstrap and Java Script.
• Worked on wordpress project i.e Theme customization , wordpress installation & convert HTML/CSS to wordpress
• Ability to understand the requirement and do work individually.
• Test websites compatibility on different resolutions and browsers such as IE, Firefox, Safari.
• Excellent communication skills (English)

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Websites Team, who will be responsible for managing web development projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic leader who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing teams, with a strong understanding of web development, design aesthetics, user experience, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage web development projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of web developers and designers; providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and marketing teams to understand requirements, and product features, and plan how we can transform those ideas into great-looking websites and landing pages.
• Share design ideas and plans with the team to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to each project.
• Ensure the quality of design and user experience in all project deliverables.
• Conduct final testing and oversee the delivery of projects to ensure all elements meet the project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to managing projects, involving themselves in design, coding, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all web designs are optimized for speed, usability, and conversion.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web design and development technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience – 5 to 10 years.
• Experience in building 10+ complex website projects.
• Proven experience in communicating with cross-functional teams/clients.
• Proven experience in web development and project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in WordPress, CSS, and preferably other platforms like Webflow.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO, psychology, and marketing principles relevant to web design. 
• Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana.
• Good knowledge of WordPress page builders like Elementor and Spectra, as well as custom coding capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on management style.

JOB ROLE: Graphics Designer/Video Editor

EXPERIENCE: 3+ Years

Qualifications & Skills Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Visual Communications, Video Production or related discipline
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Premier Pro, After effects and/or Final Cut Pro
• Experience in designing Websites, Logo, Flyers, Name Board and brochures. Experience in editing 4K videos.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word and PowerPoint)
• Collaborative, energetic, and able to work both on a team and independently
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent storyteller with exceptional graphic design and video skills with the ability to tailor voice for different channels

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and Visual Storytelling - Design and produce the company’s brand collateral, white papers, web landing pages, videos, infographics, social media visuals, email templates, event materials, direct mailers, advertising, promotional materials, and any other assets used in marketing communications.
• Creative Graphic Design Production – Manage the entire graphic design production process including visual concepts, design, production, revision, and final file preparation.
• Video Production – Manage the entire video production process especially in 4K Videos that include Planning, Filming, Producing, Editing, Sourcing Audio and Stock Footage, Creation of supporting graphics, and final file preparation.
• Brand Stewardship - Assure that all existing and new marketing deliverables adhere to Resonance’s brand standards and visual style guidelines and to develop Logo, Website Designing and Name Boards.
• Project Support – Provide direct support to business development staff and project teams in formatting proposals, Flyers, Brochures, Documentations, etc.
