Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Kafka Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in managing Kafka environments, particularly in Confluent Kafka and EEH Kafka, and should be capable of working independently on configuration, integration, and administration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and manage Kafka clusters, brokers, topics, and security configurations
• Design and implement Kafka-based integrations
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka environments
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and performance
• Work on Confluent Cloud and EEH Kafka environments

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Member of Technical Staff focusing on Network Infrastructure, Linux Administration and Automation. The role involves managing and maintaining Linux-based systems and infrastructure, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring smooth operation.

Requirements

• In-depth experience with Linux systems (configuration, troubleshooting, networking, and administration)
• Network infrastructure management knowledge. CCNA/CCNP or an equivalent certification is a plus
• Scripting skills in at least one language (e.g., Bash, Python, Go).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience with branching, merging, and tagging workflows
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox or VMWare, including the design, implementation, and management of virtualized infrastructures. Understanding of virtual machine provisioning, resource management, and performance optimization in virtual environments.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience with end point security.

Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks, Maintain and optimize network performance to ensure reliability and security.
• Linux Administration: Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Infrastructure Management: Managing servers, networks, storage, and other infrastructure components, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
• Automation: Scripting (Bash, Python, Golang, etc.), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Virtualization: Design, implement, and manage virtualized environments, ensuring optimal performance and resource efficiency.

Strong sales, business development and networking profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development in investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or related fields

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have experience engaging with startups or early-stage companies for partnerships or fundraising

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2 ): Must have experience identifying and sourcing startup deal flow or fundraising mandates

Mandatory (Tech Skills 3): Must have basic understanding of startup financing, equity structures, investor types, and fundraising models

Mandatory (Tech Skills 4): Must maintain deal pipeline, BD dashboards, and mandate records

Mandatory (Note): Must have high ownership and target-driven mindset

Designation: Inside Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore, India (7th Floor, Commerce Mantri, 12, 1 & 2, Bannerghatta Road, BTM 2nd Stage, BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076)

Role : Full time  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive inside sales operations for the South India territory.
• Generate and qualify sales leads within the Indian market.
• Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to understand business requirements and position relevant IT solutions.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
• Work closely with field sales and pre-sales teams to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline status, and forecasting in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Industry Exposure:

Experience selling IT solutions or services to one or more of the following verticals:

• Manufacturing
• Logistics
• IT Enabled Services (ITES)
• Digital Native Companies
• BFSI
• NBFC

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–7years of inside sales experience within the Indian IT market.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, including:
• Servers
• Networking
• Applications
• Cloud platforms
• Cloud or Infrastructure certifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close opportunities through inside sales channels.
