JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification: Commerce graduation plus CA or ICWA

No of years of experience: Around 10 to 15 years

Preferred Age Group: Around 40 years

Conversant with SAP,

Expert Domain knowledge of :

·        Accounts Finalization

·        Accounts Payable

·        Statutory compliances with regard to Ind AS, SEBI, Companies Act, Schedule III requirements

Statutory Audit

Well-versed with MS Excel, Word, PPT.

Nature of Experience:

(1) General Accounting :

·        Well-versed with Ind AS, SEBI compliances, Provisions of Companies Act'2013

·        Finalization of Books of Account, preparation of Financials ensuring conformity with Statutory Compliances within the timelines

·        Monthly review and scrutiny of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet

·        Review and Scrutiny of General Ledger, Customer Ledger, Vendor ledger

·        Ensuring timely accounting of Vendor invoices by guiding sub-ordinates

·        Forward Contracts accounting

·        Preparing, reviewing P & L Account and Balance Sheet Variances

·        Compliance of Trade Payable, MSME disclosure as per Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013.

(2) Accounts Payable:

·        Manage the complete procure-to-pay and accounts payable cycle

·        Oversee invoice processing, verification, coding, approvals, and payment processing

·        Ensure accurate and timely recording of vendor invoices and expenses

·        Monitor vendor balances, ageing, debit/credit notes, and outstanding liabilities

·        Ensure timely vendor payments while optimizing cash flow

(3) Statutory and Internal Audits:

·        Experience in Audit - co-ordination and dealing with Statutory and Internal Auditors

·        Attending to Auditors queries, coordinating with respective teams for providing required information /supporting

·        Ensuring IFCR Control compliances

(4) Treasury:

·        Treasury accounting - Reviewing transactions in SAP and coordinating with respective teams for accounting investments, Maturity/redemptions

·        Deposits, MF related workings and reconciliation with the books

·        Treasury Corpus and its related income information for Cash Flow

·        Preparing Quarterly Board Meeting related MIS details

(5) SAP FI/CO knowledge MUST

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for stock broking services
• Promote products like Equity, F&O, Commodity, and Mutual Funds
• Generate leads through calls, field visits, social media, and references
• Assist clients in opening Demat & Trading accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide basic market information and guide clients to advisors
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into active investors

Strong Full-Stack/Frontend Developer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ years of frontend development experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+);

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have 6 months+ experience of backend development with any backend language (Project will also work)

Preferred (Experience) – Exposure to GCP/AWS/DevOps and cloud-native development

About the Organisation:

Our client works in the area of skilling and livelihoods for underserved youth. This is a pioneering program with a strong PPP model, an agency-led approach to livelihoods and a vision of socio-economic transformation. They are run through a public-private partnership that empowers the Government, Corporates, NGOs and Citizens to work together towards changing lives. The provision of location and capital expenditure for the centres is taken care of by the Government. Corporates contribute through CSR funds to provide operational expenses. NGOs come on board to provide various skilling courses to the youth. With penetration in more than 400 of the 500 odd slum communities of Pune, the program has now expanded to other cities viz. PCMC, Dombivali, Aurangabad and also States viz. Delhi, Odisha,Hyderabad and upcoming in Ambivli.

About the role:

The CIO will work closely with the Program teams to fully understand the program landscape and implement technology and data solutions.

Your role to supplement the Organisational goals:

Develop a technology and data roadmap in line with the operational strategy and growth plan of the

organisation and in alignment with the Mission Cell, MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning)

framework and Programme Operations Team. (Timeline: Sep 2023)

Ensure that all key programs can be mapped onto common parameters and measures.

Create an overall technology and data architecture that outlines and connects key technology components.

Identify the processes/systems that need to be digitised/ created for enabling scale,including appropriate solutions.

Develop tools and processes for data collection, analysis and management within LCF

Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage (ongoing basis).

ERP System

Maintain and when required, develop, the existing ERP system. (Timeline: ongoing)

Develop and implement the next version of the organization’s ERP system including reports/

dashboards. (Timeline: Sep 2023 for finalization of BRD and initiation of development)

Support with, and track, adoption across the organization

Partnerships

Identify and engage with technology partner(s) to design and implement the solutions for

effective program and data management. (varying timelines as per solution)

Establish partnerships with IT providers

Infrastructure

Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization

to ensure optimal performance

Establish a process for and approve, purchases of technological equipment and software

Security

Analyze the costs, value and risks of various aspects of IT implementation to advise

management and suggest actions

Data Management and Analytics

Design automated reporting formats for reporting to key stakeholders such as Government,

donors and board of directors.)

Analyse, synthesize, and produce key insights from the data that can inform the approach and

design improvisations in the program

Data and knowledge management

Lead the overall knowledge management system for the organization and enable data to be available on cloud with clear protocol for sharing and storage, such that security and confidentiality are assured.

Finalization of Data Protection and Management Policy, training of relevant team members, implementation and compliance tracking.

·       Primarily responsible for working on various service requests related to maintaining database security (roles, privileges, authentication), creating schema and copying data

·       Work on installation, configuration, creation and administration of HP Vertica database clusters and AWS RDS MySQL database.

·       Work with platform, product and other support teams to participate in release and change management processes to implement new features/functions as well support mandatory patches or upgrade activities on weekends.

·       Responsible for database performance tuning, query tuning and database operations including migration and upgrade.

·       Plan and implement periodic upgrades of database schema and perform testing and verification of released database schema upgrades.

·       Configure and manage database backup and restore, participate in Disaster Recovery

·       Create and maintain documentation, procedures and best practice guides for database deployment and maintenance.
