Role Overview:-

We are looking for experienced Python Fullstack Software Engineers who can contribute to post training AI development workflows with strong proficiency in coding tasks and evaluation logic. This role involves working on high-impact AI infrastructure projects, including but not limited to:

 Code generation, validation, and transformation across Python, Java, JavaScript, and modern frameworks;

 Evaluation and improvement of model-generated code responses;

 Designing and verifying web application features, APIs, and test cases used in AI model alignment;

 Interpreting and executing task specifications to meet rigorous quality benchmarks;

 Collaborating with internal teams to meet daily throughput and quality targets within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

 Work on fullstack engineering tasks aligned with LLM post-training workflows;

 Analyze model-generated outputs for correctness, coherence, and adherence to task requirements;

 Write, review, and verify application logic and coding prompts across supported languages and frameworks;

 Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency in code-focused deliverables;

 Engage with leads and PMs to meet productivity benchmarks (8–9 working hours daily);

 Stay updated with AI development standards and contribute to refining internal engineering processes.

Technical Skills Required:-

 Strong proficiency in Python and nice to have: Java, Node.js;

 Strong experience in frontend technologies: React.js, HTML/CSS, TypeScript;

 Familiarity with REST APIs, testing frameworks, and Git-based workflows;

 Ability to analyze, debug, and rewrite logic for correctness and clarity;

 Good understanding of model response evaluation and instruction-based coding logic

Qualifications:-

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;

 2–4 years of experience in a software development role (Fullstack preferred);

 Prior exposure to AI/LLM environments or code-based evaluation tasks is a plus;

 Excellent written communication and logical reasoning abilities;

 Comfortable working from office in Gurgaon and committing to 8–9 hours of productive work daily

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the software powering Wendor’s smart vending machines. In this role, you will architect and develop robust full-stack applications, integrate low-level systems on Linux, and lead a team of engineers to build scalable, real-time software solutions.

Your work will directly impact how users interact with our machines across 70+ cities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to innovations that push the boundaries of smart retail automation.

Key Responsibility:

● Develop and maintain full-stack applications (using technologies Node.js, React) to support Wendor's smart vending ecosystem, ensuring seamless frontend and backend functionality.

● Work on low-level integrations with vending hardware, optimizing performance and stability on Linux-based systems.

● Build and manage scalable backend services and RESTful APIs to handle real-time data, payments, and machine operations.

● Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 software engineers, conducting code reviews, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring timely deliveries.

● Write efficient SQL queries and manage data flow between services and databases to ensure reliability and responsiveness of the platform. ● Ideate, prototype, and implement new features, tools, or automations to improve product performance and internal processes.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, product, design, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.

● Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime for software running on live vending machines across India.

● Maintain code quality through unit tests, integration tests, and E2E testing practices, following modern software engineering standards.

● Stay updated with emerging tech trends to help Wendor innovate faster and smarter.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.

● Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to product excellence.

● Expertise in full-stack development (frontend + backend technologies).

● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

● Passion for innovation, scalability, and problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Building and implementing top-notch user interfaces using Javascript and the Angular framework 

Writing efficient Javascript code while also using HTML and CSS 

Develop all server-side logic, including data storage to optimize website performance 

Using the latest front-end technologies, creating adaptable interfaces for online applications 

Leading with product-analysis tasks and conducting performance tests 

Using sustainable coding patterns that can be easily enhanced and modified subsequently 

Perform complex product analysis as well as development duties that may include significant research and analysis 

Ensuring extensive and proper documentation of solution designs and implementation for easy onboarding of new teammates 

Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver requirements 

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments 

Providing tech support for clearing bottlenecks and and obstacles 

Identifying and troubleshooting issues with frontend code 

Execute automated testing platforms and system tests 

REQUIREMENTS 

Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of JavaScript and Node.js 

Professional experience in full stack development using the NAP stack - Node.js, Angular, Postgres 

In depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues 

Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance. 

Proficiency in Javascript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks 

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) 

Good understanding of or working experience with IONIC framework is a major plus 

Understanding of data security concepts
