As an Associate Manager - Customer Success, you are someone who comes with 6 to 8 years of Account Management/Business Development/ problem solving / hustlingexperience ina highgrowthinternet startup/ technologycompany. - Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to coordinate seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients.

- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Support pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting technical information, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the ad tech space to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

- Strong Manager – Customer Success, Account management Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of overall experience with atleast 4+ Years in Customer Success role
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have 3+ years of experience in AdTech industry
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience managing clients in the outside India market (Preferably US/America clients)
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have cross-functional experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Ad Operations teams for campaign execution, performance optimization, and client delivery.

- Responsible to lead a team of contact center resources and ensure effective service level adherence through timely and accurate resolution of advisor and client queries daily
- Coach phone agent performance via e-mail, phone, and face to face interactions regarding policies and procedures, system knowledge & customer service skills. Be responsible for field questions/escalations with in-bound calls and facilitate call-backs, as needed

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Developer located in Mumbai. The Python Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), programming, and databases. The Python Developer will also be responsible for performing system analysis and creating robust and scalable software solutions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience with Python (Programming Language)
- Expertise in Back-End Web Development • Proficiency in Software Development specially in Django framework, Fast API, Rest APIs, AWS
