What you will be doing:

1. Enable growth:

• Create a design that effectively communicates the intent or the purpose of the collateral in interesting

ways.

• Convert creative briefs into compelling design for our target audience to enable growth.

• Comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously with the best turnaround time.

• Work closely with the Design team and Marketing team to achieve the best results.

Internal

2. Develop Agile Design:

• Adapt to Brand Guidelines and design collaterals in an efficient way.

• Minimize monotony and efficiently work on value-driven design projects.

• Conduct multiple iterations based on the team feedback and Brand Communication.

• Contribute to Internal Communications, Sales, Social, and Brand communication seamlessly.

3. Be Curious & Creative:

• Continuously improve the existing designs with a growth and experimentation mindset.

• Contribute creatively to social media Posts, Interactions, and responses.

• Stay ahead in design thinking by actively learning and researching.

• Develop the brand repository, which is an inspiration for Layout, composition, illustrations, graphics, etc.

What you need to bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in Graphic designing or a similar role.

• One should be highly creative and have an impressive portfolio of design projects.

• Proven experience with Adobe Suite- proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.

• Team spirit: effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate with

external clients.

• Great at managing time with multi-tasking ability.

• Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experience is welcomed into the family.

• Coordinating with internal (operation, sales) and external stake holders (Client POC)
• Ensuring that customers receive the quickest service possible
• Assisting representatives in handling disappointed customers
• Determining a course of action to resolve customer problems
• Training newly hired customer service representatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduates from tier 1/2 engineering / management colleges
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing
• Proven track record of handling escalations
• Team handling and monitoring capabilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment     

• Drive employee Engagement initiatives through effective employee connect, conduct periodic communication forums, open house forums and town hall meetings
• Should have Experience in EWS, RAG analysis, Skip level meetings, 360/90 degree programme, Managing attrition etc.
• Planning and executing festival celebration in the company for the employee engagement
• Planning and executing varied activities for employee motivation programmes
• Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
• Ensuring constant engagement initiatives are implemented
• To handle operational activities like filing and service logs
• Driving Performance Management Process like ADH assessment, TRP etc.
• Partnering with the shared services, operations and other stakeholders to handle day to day activities. E.g. Leaves, Transfer-Relocation, Benefits, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Employee Engagement - Ensure smooth end-to-end implementation of the assigned processes. This should cover the following activities: 
• Ensure release of engagement Calendar 
• Review and Track Status of open Actionable
• Prepare Dashboards for various employee connect initiatives
• Alert stakeholders on delays / issues
• Employee Grievance handling & providing first hand resolution to the employees
• Manage queries, issues, escalations, if any 
• Any other process/ task allocated as required
• Participate in Knowledge Sessions within or outside the Team
• Participation in events organized by company
• MIS based reports like HR SLA, Attrition, Adhoc reports etc.
• Processing resignations, Conducting Exit Interviews to ensure smooth closure of full & final settlement.
