 Job Description  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions supporting Fleet Procurement and Fleet Accounting processes

• Configure and support FCCS and EPBCS to enable fleet financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Partner with Fleet Accounting, Finance, and FP&A teams to define future-state planning and consolidation models aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials.

• Design and implement integration flows between Oracle Fusion ERP (GL, FAH, AP, AR) and Oracle EPM Cloud using standard adapters, data management, and integration tools.

• Define metadata structures including dimensions, hierarchies, account mappings, cost centers, intercompany, and fleet-specific reporting attribute

• Support design of fleet cost allocation models, capitalization tracking, depreciation analysis, and financial performance reporting in EPM.

• Lead data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis between Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud.

• Collaborate with Data Migration and Technical teams to support initial loads, incremental data refreshes, and reconciliation processes.

• Support SIT, UAT, and parallel close activities to validate EPM outputs against ERP financial results.

• Develop and validate EPM reports, dashboards, Smart View templates, and management reporting artifacts.

• Support planning cycles including budget, forecast, and scenario modeling related to fleet procurement, utilization, and lifecycle costs.

• Provide functional guidance during cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare for EPM components.

• Work closely with PMO, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between EPM design and overall program objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

• 15+ years of overall experience in financial systems with 7+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience.

• Strong functional expertise in FCCS and EPBCS, including consolidation, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, FAH, AP, AR, and how ERP data feeds EPM.

Experience designing EPM solutions for large-scale ERP transformation programs with multi-region deployments.

• Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and management reporting.

• Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Fusion ERP using standard integration frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Smart View, EPM reporting, and data reconciliation techniques.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate fleet-related financial data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Preferred certifications:

Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) Implementation Certification, Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS)

Implementation Certification, Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management Certification

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Embedded/DSP system design.

• Complex logic implementation using RTL coding techniques (preferably VHDL and HLS)

• Able to implement various complex algorithms and curve fitting/Neural network based algorithms inside the FPGA hardware.

• Writing modular RTL codes and design techniques using IPs.

• Simulating the design at various stages of development.

• CDC, STA, area/power optimizations, floor planning, linting.

• Interfacing high speed ADCs/DACs using state of the art data transfer links to FPGA.

• Using DDR RAM and SG-DMA for low latency, high-speed data transfer.

• Familiarity with high-speed communication systems viz. USB 3, PCIe, Gbe, 10 Gbe, 100

Gbe etc.

• Linux device driver development.

Skills

• VHDL/Verilog, C/C++, familiar with Xilinx development tools.

• Design knowledge of PCIe, LVDS, SPI, AXI, USB etc. interfaces.

• Ability to design using primitives instead of inferred design from RTL.

• Embedded linux device drivers, petalinux, exposure to yocto project.

• Exposure to various compression algorithms.

Desired Qualification/Experience

• Talent and zeal to work with new challenging system designs.

• Thorough understanding of digital systems.

• Hands-on experience on the RTL design, preferably with a repository of previous

projects

Role: UX/ UI Designers (Experienced)

Location: Noida (5 Days - Work from Office)

You will guide projects with designing thinking principles, conduct usability testing, take feedback and co-create pilot designs. Profile Expectations:

- A bachelor’s degree in design, or related fields. We are degree agnostic & focus on skills.

- Proven experience of 4-10 years as a UX/UI Designer. We will love to have detailed conversation on your portfolio showcasing innovative and visually striking designs.

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or etc.

- Great to have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design on multiple platforms (Web, Mobile etc.).

- Communicate, collaborate, and articulate design ideas.

Responsibilities :

- Manage all accounting transactions

- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, manage balance sheet and P/L statements

- Document financial transactions by entering account information, review and reconciling accounts

payable and receivable

- Ensure timely vendor payments, compute taxes and prepare tax returns

- Review financial transactions and documents

- Preparing PF, PT and ESIC returns and fulfilling the statutory compliance of the company.

- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

- Preparation of GST returns and filings.

Requirement



2-3 years of relevant experience and at least a year of working experience in

the FinTech industry is preferred.



Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CMA) Inter is a plus.



Strong Excel skill is required.


