Required Skills:

• Exp. - 5-8 years
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client- facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.

Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales & Barter Deals

Location: Mumbai | Delhi | Bangalore

About the Role

Join BXI – Barter Exchange of India to drive B2B barter transactions with leading brands. This role focuses on onboarding clients, structuring barter solutions, and generating revenue through agency & platform fees.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard corporate clients and brands to the BXI Barter Marketplace.

• Facilitate barter deals in Media, Hotels, Gift Vouchers, and Electronics.

• Build & service long-term client relationships.

• Attend industry events and networking forums to create opportunities.

• Structure tailored barter solutions and ensure smooth execution.

• Travel across India for client meetings and deal closures.

Requirements

• Education: MBA preferred.

• Experience: 3–6 years in Sales / Business Development / Client Servicing.

• Strong sales & networking skills with proven revenue generation.

• Excellent communication, presentation & client management abilities.

• Digital savvy and proactive in building opportunities.

What will you be doing?

• Own and execute end-to-end B2B marketing strategy across digital, events, and partner channels.
• Drive lead generation and nurture campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and content marketing.
• Coordinate and manage deliverables with external marketing agencies to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Build compelling narratives and campaigns to position StampMyVisa as a category leader.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing objectives with business outcomes.
• Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance to improve ROI and brand visibility.
• Explore partnerships, PR, and co-marketing opportunities within the travel space.

Who are we looking for?

• 2-8 Years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
• Proven experience managing marketing agencies and performance campaigns.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, lead generation, and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• A self-starter comfortable with a fast-paced, startup environment.

1. Manage front desk operations, welcoming visitors and handling phone calls;
2. Schedule and confirm appointments for meetings and interviews;
3. Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing;
4. Assist with recruitment tasks, such as job postings and resume screening;
5. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes;
6. Maintain and update HR records and employee files;
7. Manage HR-related correspondence and communication;
8. Support basic HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration;
9. Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions and meetings;
10. Resolve day-to-day HR and administrative issues for employees and visitors

This is NOT a creative writing position

Your Responsibilities:

• Create Brand Identity for Testing Ground
• Produce Testing Ground’s marketing material
• Produce other content-based collateral based on our clients’ project brief
• Research competitors /industry clients and extract exact pointers for us and our clients.
• Work according to briefs for the branding needs and guidelines
• Write clear, persuasive, original copy designed to get customers to BUY from us

Skills Required:

• Strong copy editing and proofing skills.
• Experience in creating publicity/marketing collaterals
• Attention to small details 
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• ·Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines, often while working independently.
• Perfect in English.
• Independent learner, can conceptualize available information into good quality content 

This is a full-time role (9am-6pm, Mondays to Fridays), with a monthly salary of 363 USD.
