Job Role:

·        Answer user communication/queries via emails, live chats and calls

·        Ensure minimum turnaround time for resolving user queries & complaints

·        Deliver best in class service in the friendliest and timely manner

·        Assist the team in reporting & analysis

Qualifications:

·        2+ years’ experience in customer service specializing in Inbound/Outbound support, ideally from an internet start-up/e-commerce background

·        Excellent proficiency in Bengali, English & Hindi

·        Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

·        An understanding of the 'Customer First' principle and committed to consistently delivering high-quality customer support.

• Designing and building the WordPress website front-end
• Creating the website architecture

“ Front End Developer-React JS”

  Job Description –

Preferred skills  

• Experience in front end development, with knowledge in advanced JavaScript features
• HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
• Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance
• Proficient in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns 
• Understand the usage of various front end software design patterns  
• Extensive experience working on highly scalable web applications (5+ years) 
• Experience in front end libraries and frameworks such as Reactjs or Angular is an added advantage 

We are looking for a UI/UX designer with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX designing.

Experience: 4+ years

Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree/diploma preferably in graphics design or animation

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator/ Sketch/ Adobe XD

• Should be able to conceptualize and design creatives based on the requirements

• Knowledge of UX Design and Interaction Design

• Design clear, attractive and engaging websites & mobile apps

• Must possess good sense of composition, typography, colour

• Provide Data Management services and client support in production environment and perform daily processes including but not limited to data import, P&L Calculation and P&L reconciliation.

Required Skills:
