About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Innovation Group and drive the development of cutting-edge software solutions for Wi-Fi, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), and AI-driven technologies. You will play a key role in bringing up new software products, developing proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes, and experimenting with emerging technologies aligned with our Technology Roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 3GPP standards (4G & 5G) and their application in FWA networks. A strong background in Linux system/kernel programming, embedded systems, and IP networking is essential, along with a passion for open-source development and innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop software for testing, prototyping, and validating new features in FWA networks.

Design and implement end-to-end software solutions, bringing innovative ideas to life.

Work with Linux and cloud-based software architectures to enhance networking solutions.

Conduct experiments and performance evaluations for new technologies in wireless communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align new developments with the Technology Roadmap.

Work with open-source communities to contribute and leverage existing tools.

Participate in IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and patent documentation within the networking domain.

Author whitepapers and technical publications to showcase research and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in C/C++ programming for system and network applications.

Strong experience in Python and shell scripting.

Expertise in Linux system programming, network programming, and kernel module development.

Proficiency in Embedded Linux build systems, toolchains, and cross-compilation environments.

Deep understanding of IP networking concepts and the Linux network stack.

Strong knowledge of 3GPP standards (LTE, 5G) and Wi-Fi standards (IEEE 802.11g/n/ac/ax/be).

Familiarity with Git and open-source development practices.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

M.Tech / Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in patent filing, IPR documentation, and technical publications.

Prior experience in cloud-based software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Day to Day running of  Subscription orders across 4 major cities across India. Ensure Smooth Operations and a great customer experience.

These responsibilities can include:

1. Overseeing and developing an inventory management system to prevent stock outs

2. Should have 2-4 years experience in hotels/ restaurants/ cloud kitchens/ food industries. 

3. Should have working experience in a cloud kitchen environment.   

4. Should have worked on operational parameters of Swiggy & Zomato.

5. Should be able to handle cloud kitchen outlets.

6. Should be able to coordinate with vendors & stakeholders.    

7. Coordinating with Operations Heads of other departments to ensure smooth operations
