Performance Marketing Lead

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our accounting firm. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and basic accounting support to our team of professionals, enabling them to focus on delivering outstanding financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Manage calendars and schedules for senior executives.

• Coordinate internal and client meetings, appointments, conference calls.
• Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and ensuring documentation is received on time.
• Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.
• Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors as required.

2.Time & Attendance: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and work hours.

• Assist in the preparation of timesheets and payroll data.
• Invoicing and Collections: Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of invoices and payment receipts.
• Monitor outstanding client payments and follow up to ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve payment issues.

3.Tracking Budget vs. Actuals & KPI’s:

• Assist the finance department in tracking budget performance.
• Generate reports comparing budget projections with actual financial results.
• Help monitor other key performance indicators.

4.Basic Accounting Functions:

• Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Support preparation of expense reports and petty cash reconciliations.
• Help in compiling supporting documents for audits or financial reporting.
• Coordinate with the bookkeeping team on document collection and classification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial documents.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.

IT Operations Management:

 Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, service desk, data center,

and network management.

 Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT services and

platforms.

 Implement and uphold ITIL best practices across incident, change, problem, and

service management.

 Lead and mentor the IT operations team to achieve performance and service

excellence.

 Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

Presales Support for Managed Services:

 Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to develop tailored Managed

Services offerings for prospective clients.

 Participate in client meetings to present operational capabilities, service

models, and SLAs.

 Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation for

managed services solutions.

 Provide technical insights and feasibility assessments for client requirements.

Customer Infrastructure Transition:

 Lead the transition and onboarding of customer IT environments into our

Managed Services framework.

 Define and execute transition plans including discovery, documentation,

handover, and stabilization.

 Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth

migration of services and minimal disruption.

 Identify risks and mitigation strategies during the transition phase.

Vendor and Compliance Management:

 Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance.

 Ensure adherence to industry standards, security practices, and regulatory

requirements.

 Participate in IT budgeting, procurement, and capacity planning.

• Ability to engage students/parents in conversation around their careers
• Experience in working in CRM tools like Leadsquare
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telephonic sales/outbound sales is a must requirement for this role

• 2.5+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

Responsibilities

• Own the messaging, style and tone of voice for TraceX
• Own the content strategy and calendar for different forms of content published by TraceX across its channels
• Custodian of the TraceX content guidelines and playbook, to be followed by employees across the organization when creating content for public consumption
• Develop editorial guidelines including for style and tone, creating enablement and training resources for stakeholders
• Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain the master content calendar for all web platforms including social media, website, and blogs
• Identify key segment pain points & communicate product value proposition across various channels
• Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
• Communicate and develop content that show the value of new products and services for prospects and customers across different buying stages
• Own + Support in creating product content such as case studies, videos, website content, and blog posts

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS or relevant fields
  • Tools Expertise: Experience on tools like WordPress, AHREF, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ubersuggest, or their equivalent
  • Mastery of spoken & written word with excellent communication skills
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience of search engine optimization practices, including ON Page and OFF Page Optimization
