The Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at PyjamaHR, you'll build the applications and interfaces that bring our AI capabilities to life. This isn't about training models—it's about implementing, integrating, and optimizing Generative AI within robust full-stack applications. Who We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience building production applications
• Experience implementing and integrating Generative AI into web applications
• Expertise with either Django/React or Node.js/React technology stacks
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
• Proven ability to build performant, scalable web applications
• Excellence in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development

Python Engineer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient micro-services using

Python and related frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI,pytest).

• Develop Python scripts and tools to automate deployment, configuration

management, monitoring, and maintenance of our systems.

• Design and implement API automation tests to ensure the reliability and

performance of our software products.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes,

performance bottlenecks, and system failures.

1. Developing and maintaining web applications: coding, testing, and debugging both client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) components of web applications. This includes working with languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the front-end, and server-side languages like Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The candidate need to collaborate with other team members, such as UI/UX designers, product/operations managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and implement solutions.

3. Learning and applying new technologies: Given the rapid pace of technological advancement in web development, candidates are often expected to learn and adapt to new frameworks, libraries, and best practices. They might spend time researching and experimenting with new tools or technologies and applying them to current projects. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 14+ years of experience in Software Engineering with at least 6+ years as a Lead Enterprise Architect preferably in a software product company
• High technical credibility - ability to lead technical brainstorming, take decisions and push for the best solution to a problem
• Experience in architecting Microservices based E2E Enterprise Applications
• Experience in UI technologies such as Angular, Node.js or Fullstack technology is desirable
• Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Neo4j etc.)
• Elastic Search, Kibana, ELK, Logstash.
• Good understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr etc.
• Exposure in SaaS cloud-based platform.
• Experience on Docker, Kubernetes etc.
• Experience in planning, designing, developing and delivering Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology
