Qualifications

Deep working knowledge of a modern JS framework (React / Angular/ Vue etc.)
>4 years experience with compiled backend languages (Golang / Java)
Experience with a variety of relational and non-relational storage systems (Postgres, Cassandra, Redis etc.) and text query engines (Elasticsearch, Lucene etc.)
Experience designing, building, and deploying distributed systems in production
Experience with at least one major IaaS provider (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.)
Experience consuming and building RESTful / GraphQL APIs
Passion for creating maintainable, testable and performant code
Ability to lead the end to end delivery of features and mid-sized projects
Aptitude to mentor junior engineers and further develop their skills
Great communication skills to be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders that may not be technical
Maturity to thrive in a high-freedom / high-responsibility environment that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and initiative


Candidate's Profile:

4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Experience with product development companies  in the BigData, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence domain would be an added advantage.

Looking for engineers who are driven by the love for building an Enterprise SaaS product from MVP to Vx. The person will architect and develop the enterprise SaaS platform, Mobile app and Analytics products.

Spenza enables enterprises to procure, provision and manage SaaS and communication services. Spenza is a spend management wizard for SaaS enabling enterprises to build the tech stack that works.

Spenza has been selected for incubation at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore.

Founded by Vinaychandra Bharadwaj, a tech/product executive with 20+ years of experience in companies like Tejas Networks, Subex, GigSky and Money View. 

• Developing user-facing features using React
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and
browsers
• Writing test cases for automated testing

Role Requirement:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React and its core principles
• Experience with popular React workflows Redux, Saga, Axios
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Relevant Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on OOPs, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures
• Have 7 - 13 years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores.
• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.
