IT Recruiter

We are looking for Freelance Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals to support our hiring requirements on a contract / project basis. The selected freelancer will work closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and timelines in coordination with hiring managers
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions on a freelance basis
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Share regular hiring updates, trackers, and recruitment reports
• Support negotiations, and documentation wherever required
• Ensure adherence to hiring guidelines, confidentiality, and data protection norms
• Handle bulk, lateral, or niche hiring as per project requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment — requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
• Source cybersecurity and IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and industry networks.
• Evaluate candidates for skills such as Network Security, SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, IAM, VAPT, and GRC.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Drive timely closures and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Cybersecurity profiles.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on experience with hiring tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under timelines.

Job Description:

• Looking for a passionate HR Executive in the Software Industry who understands technology and Interested to learn and grow along with the company.
• Understanding JD brief and sourcing potential candidates
• Handling End to End requirements for Mid-level to Leadership level.
• Sourcing profiles / resumes through multiple sources (head hunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.).
• Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement Coordinate with technical panel and schedule interviews and follow up
• Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
• Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner Basic knowledge on Timesheets, Attendance and Leave Management Good knowledge on Onboarding and BGV Process Basic knowledge on Payroll and Statutory compliance.
• Experience on Employee data management, preparation of all HR related letters from joining to Exit process. Knowledge on any HR Software.

You have experience in technology recruitment with a proven track record in a SaaS product company. You are a master in analysing the appropriate skills, building a strong recruitment pipeline and bringing them to closure.

Responsibilities   

• Handle end to end recruitment cycle for the open positions 
• Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand the skill-set required, create a job description, develop a recruitment plan and execute it
• Screen the profiles of inbound candidates and search profiles through various job portals to hunt for the best candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews and follow up with the candidates
• Negotiate with the candidates on salaries and perks offered
• Create a pipeline of active candidates qualified for further interview rounds for the open positions and construct of strong network of passive candidates
• Represent LogiNext strongly to generate a genuine interest in the candidates and provide them complete and inspiring details of the position
• Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in the ATS and generate regular activity reports 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Statistics or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in technology recruitment with high success ratio
• Possessing good understanding of recruitment cycle in a product organization
• Good knowledge of enterprise technologies and SaaS market
• Experience in negotiating with recruitment and staffing agencies while handling the internal recruitment activity
• Good screening skills along with strong judgement on the behavioral skills to evaluate the candidate’s technical fitment and alignment with LogiNext’s cultural values
• Ability to take ownership, understand the requirements of positions and prosper in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Extensive working knowledge of developing relationships with candidates and keeping them interested in LogiNext along with ability to generate leads to find the best of the candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills are essential
• Ability to manage and handle multiple requirements at a time efficiently
• Regularly keep oneself posted with the latest technologies
