• Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various sales and marketing techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored investment solutions. 
• Execute trades on behalf of clients and ensure timely and accurate order execution. 
• Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to provide clients with informed trading recommendations. 
• Collaborate with the research and analysis team to develop market insights and trading strategies. 
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the trading process.

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in client acquisition and sales within the financial services industry, prefer FX trading.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management principles.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is advantageous.

Primary Skills:

.Net/.Net Core, C#, OOPS and SQL Server as a key technology, which covers frontend and backend work. Knowledge of DevOps (building and deployment) and the Cloud is nice to have.

Eligibility

3+ years of experience in building web applications. Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership

Advanced proficiency in C#, very clear OOPS concepts, In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0/ Authentication/ Authorization

Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records

Good to have any scripting(powershell) knowledge, JS based UI Frameworks

Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experienced in complex logic designing and implementation

Should have worked in Agile development environment and best practices

Good to have experience in secure development practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
• Experience of 5 - 7 years as a back-end engineer preferably in a microservice environment.
• Strong proficiency of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express.js
• Strong proficiency in Javascript and TypeScript

• Must have worked building 2+ backend system using node.js and Express.js
• Strong understanding and experience of creating highly scalable and complex database design.
• Good understanding of Data Modeling using RDBMS and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis) data stores
• Strong problem-solving skills with a good understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Experience of creating highly scalable, fault tolerant, resilient distributed systems
