We seek a full-time engineer with experience developing domain-specific languages (DSLs) and Code generators using the Eclipse Xtext framework.
Responsibilities:
• Enhance existing DSL and Code generator
• Writing unit tests
• Reviewing code

• Write clean and high-quality unit tested code.
Requirements:

About the Role :
As the Executive Assistant to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CMO in managing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CMO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and schedule activities to ensure optimal use of the CMO's time.
- Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CMO.
- Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organize and manage files, records, and documents to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Reports and Special Projects: Coordinate with various departments to gather information and updates on key projects. Assist in the execution of initiatives as directed by the CMO and department heads.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings attended by the CMO. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the CMO and other team members, providing support and fostering effective communication.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions to enhance the CMO's productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements :
- Should have experience in supporting the application and infrastructure 24x7.
- Should have good working knowledge on troubleshooting skills of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows)
- Good experience on Java/j2EE application supporting and AWS infra supporting.
- Ability to work with 3rd parties/FOPS and provide required instruction to troubleshoot and restore faults.
- Respond quickly and effectively to production issues, troubleshooting solutions, and

Key Purpose
Responsible for direction, strategy, planning & execution for the company's human resources management and administration while also managing the industrial relations in a unionized environment which requires special attention.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prepare the annual human resources budget based on strategic aims and specific business objectives of the company. Review and roll out action plans during quarterly, monthly forecasts to achieve the targets set.
2. Direct and coordinate human resources management operations which include recruitment, training & development, Industrial Relations, and personnel administration. This covers custody and maintenance of all human resource records and documentation and meeting all compliance requirements set by governmental authorities.
3. Develop, update, implement and maintain policies and processes for all human resource operations and ensure that they are clearly understood and followed.
4. Monitor and ensure the timely completion of the annual review of the performance management system in place. Continually revise and update the business objectives and key result areas in consultation with the functional heads to improve the contribution of individuals and teams to business performance thereby aligning with the company- s strategic aims and business objectives.
5. The management of recruitment processes to secure the right person and competencies to satisfy the organization's development/job needs.
