KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, HTML5, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. 
• Demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in full stack development. 
• Solid experience working with RESTful services, independent of platform.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SQL Server, with the ability to define data flow, high-level data design, and relationships.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud technologies and cloud-based development. 
• Working knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and writing unit tests. 
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Leads, Product Managers, and Designers. 
• Strong communication skills with a flexible, team-oriented approach. 
• Prior experience working with US-based clients and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Your Impact:

• Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards
• Ensures functional requirements and high-level solution designs are understood and are translated into detailed technical design
• Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies, application flows or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements
• Guides the performance tuning and scalability of the ecommerce solution
• Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases

Your Skills & Experience:

• 4-8 Years with 2+ years of implementing commerce application with SFCC in last 3 years
• Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality
• Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications
• Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps
• Collaborate with architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards
• Identifies risks and issues, and help monitor them
• Guides the development of reference and resource materials for SFCC
• Mentors SFCC developers in improving their platform knowledge and development skills
• Communicate technical design to the SFCC developers and help/guide them in the implementation
• Participates in Agile sprints and helps developers understand the strengths and limitations of SFCC

About the role:

The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining robust functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product quality and reliability, along with thorough defect tracking, analysis, and resolution. The individual will develop and maintain UI and API automation frameworks to improve test coverage, minimize manual effort, and enhance release efficiency. Close collaboration with development teams is expected to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure high-quality releases. The role also includes integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, supporting production issue analysis, and verifying hotfixes in live environments. Additionally, the candidate will actively participate in requirement and design reviews to ensure testability and clarity, maintain comprehensive QA documentation, and continuously improve testing frameworks, tools, and overall QA processes.

What you will be expected to do:

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify software defects, document them clearly, and track them through to closure.
• Analyze bugs and provide detailed insights to help developers understand root causes.
• Partner closely with the development team to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure overall product quality.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites (API/UI) to enhance test coverage, reduce manual effort, and improve release confidence.

You might be a strong candidate if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual + exposure to automation).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
• Experience in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and regression suites.
• Exposure to automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Java/Python preferred).
• Good understanding of SQL for backend and data validation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Processing:

Prepare and review purchase orders from various departments or individuals within the organization.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders, ensuring they are properly authorized and comply with company policies.

Enter purchase order details into the accounting system (Tally Prime)

Invoice Verification and Processing:

Gather invoices and match them with corresponding purchase orders and delivery receipts.

Verify the accuracy of invoices, including quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.

Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices by communicating with vendors, procurement, and other internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with vendors to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues.

Engage in Warehousing activities related to invoices and inventory.

Vendor Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Ensure vendor accounts are accurately maintained in the accounting system, including contact information and payment terms.

Communicate payment schedules to vendors and provide remittance advice as required.

Reporting and Reconciliation:

Prepare periodic reports related to accounts payable, such as the outstanding creditor's reports, vendor ageing payables, and vendor statements.

Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

MS D365 Solution Architect

 Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, or administering MS Dynamics CRM

required.

 Proven experience and knowledge on power automate.

 Proven experience on customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

 Proven experience on implementing C# plugins and java scripts.

 Proven experience on creating Microsoft flows.

 Hands on experience in using XRM toolbox.

 Proven experience in integrating websites or any landing pages to dynamics 365

As Product Manager you will be responsible for the product planning, development and execution throughout the Frolick’s lifecycle.
