Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled professional to Lead endpoint security operations, tooling, and architecture.

The role involves managing tools like Intune and Zscaler, developing secure endpoint policies, performing risk assessments, and driving continuous improvements in endpoint protection.

Mandatory Skills :

Microsoft Intune, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), EDR tools, Application Control, risk assessment, endpoint policy design, and strong knowledge of endpoint security architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize endpoint security tools (Zscaler, Intune, EDR, Application Control).
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint security infrastructure.
• Lead policy development, risk assessment, and architecture design for secure endpoints.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to align tools and practices with compliance.
• Stay updated with evolving security threats, tools, and standards.

Preferred Certifications :

CISSP, CEH, CESP (optional)

Regulatory, Contractual & US Healthcare compliances:

• Ensure compliance to HIPAA & Hi-Tech requirements framework through audits, policy updates, external certifications, internal awareness, etc.
• Periodically update policies and document new procedures / guidelines to update the compliance plan in line with operating changes.
• Work with legal & training teams to drive the compliance programs for awareness and update of important US healthcare regulations as applicable to business.
• Work with VP, Finance, HR & Legal team across all locations to consolidate & present the compliance to regulatory requirements periodically to LT and Audit Committee.
• Update the customer contractual checklists and monitor compliance to same through periodic reviews
• Train the team on compliance programs to deliver standard compliance experience across the locations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable, secure, and high-performance data and analytics solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Azure, Databricks, and cloud-native DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Infrastructure Design & Management

• Architect, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement best practices across resource groups, virtual networks, storage accounts, etc.
• Ensure cost optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery for business-critical systems.

2. Databricks Platform Management

• Set up, configure, and maintain Databricks workspaces for data engineering, ML, and analytics workloads.
• Automate cluster management, job scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Integrate Databricks seamlessly with Azure data and analytics services.

3. CI/CD Pipeline Development

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, applications, and data workflows.
• Work with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions (or similar) for automated testing and deployments.
• Drive continuous delivery, versioning, and monitoring best practices.

4. Monitoring & Incident Management

• Implement monitoring and alerting with Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Databricks metrics.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.

5. Security & Compliance

• Enforce IAM, encryption, network security, and secure development practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory cloud standards.

6. Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with data engineers, software developers, architects, and business teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Experience

• 6+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in:
• Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake, Databricks, ADF, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure AD)
• Databricks for data engineering / analytics workloads.
• Strong experience applying DevOps practices to cloud-based data and analytics platforms.

Technical Skills

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Scripting (Python / Bash).
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD & version control (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Soft Skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end performance testing independently using agile methodologies
• Prepare performance test plans, load simulators and test harnesses to thoroughly test the products against the approved specifications
• Translate deep insight of architecture, product & usage into an enhanced automated performance measurement & evaluation framework to support continuous performance management.

Basic Requirements

• Proficiency in any of Java/C++/Python/Go and automation frameworks
• Hands on experience in integration performance automation using CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience in planning and executing performance engineering tasks to completion and taking ownership of performance epics during a set of sprints.
• Experience in designing, implementing, executing and analyzing automated performance tests for complex, production system software.
• Experience in analyzing performance bottlenecks in system, performing root cause analysis, and following issue resolution workflow to tune the system to provide optimized performance
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from the collected performance data, articulate performance findings effectively with senior team members to evaluate design choices.
• Experience with database systems internals, query optimization, understanding and tuning query access plans, and query execution instrumentation.
