We are looking for a Unity or Unity3D Developer to join our team! As a Unity or Unity3D Developer at our company, you will be responsible for implementing 3D Virtual Tours for Real Estate projects helping  translate design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging VR experience. Development platforms include Android,IOS and Oculus Rift.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement virtual tour functionality
• Transform design specification into functional tours
• Communicate with other team members for creating a seamless experience.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and tours
• Identify process and application bottlenecks and bugs

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Skills: Unity3D, C#, C++ and Javascript

• Extensive knowledge of Unity, as well as extensive experience as a game/real estate tour programmer, using C# on a major development platform, such as Microsoft Visual Studio (or equivalent).
• Has extensive knowledge of 3D computer graphics, including use of DirectX SDK, OpenGL, shader programming languages, and optimizing 3D performance in games/tours on both high-end and lowed.
• Experience with UI design & development.

• Experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management

• Native iOS & Android app development experience a plus

·      Knowledge of RIL Automation tools : Jio Track, Tableau

·      Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Small Cell, Wifi, UBR + UBR (Air Fiber Back Haul), L2 Switch, OSP / Common

·      Preventive Maintenance of

o  IBS (Indoor Small Cell/WiFi/UBR (P2P/P2MP)) : Battery & SMPS, Electrical Panel, Energy Readings of energy meters, Earthing & Power System, Alarm extension to NOC, Security Alarm System testing.

o  Small Cell / L2 Switch / UBR All Type / WiFi : Power/CIPRI cable, GPS Connector, Antenna & LOS alignment,  etc

o  SMPS Maintenance : Rectifier Ventilation cleaning, LVD/BLVD setting check, Check All Parameters visible on NOC, Hardware Replacement - Rectifier, Controller, Communication

o  Battery Maintenance : Battery Discharge test, Voltage & abnormal temperature, Earthing & Power connection.

o  Earthing Maintenance : Earth pit Measurement and Maintenance, Record Voltage between Neutral & Earthing, Check earthing bonding at all points at site.

o  Overall hygiene of site

·      Replacing Faulty cards with Healthy Spares at site - Bring faulty Module from Site to CMP .

·      Providing data for Consumption booking in SAP - Related tasks as instructed by NOC Engineers Small cells, WIFI, IP, SMPS, Battery, Earthing & UBR Maintenance.

·      Should be well versed with basic Microsoft Office.

Job Description

 - Payments: Monitoring processing of payments in a timely

manner by the Accounts Executive that you will be supervising

directly.

- Receivables: Monitoring collection of receivables in time. In

addition, oversee that pro-forma and tax invoices are raised

appropriately.

- Recording: Overseeing the accounting function in ensuring

that the P&L and Balance Sheet presents an accurate picture

of our accounts.

- Costing: Playing a crucial role in deriving the unit economics

for our range of products.

- Reporting: You will play a critical role in preparing monthly

management reports on metrics / sales /budgeting to various

process owners to enhance their decision making.

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): You (along with the

CFO) will play a pivotal role in devising the processes by which

the Finance and Accounts function and the

functions/businesses it interacts with, will adhere. This

includes shifting towards more technology-driven processes in

order to streamline Finance and Accounting operations.

- Banking and Third-party Partners: Liaising and coordinating

with our banking partners and other third-party partners

related to Finance and Compliance work.

 - 1-3 years of experience working in a Finance/Accounting

department of a company or for a Finance/Accounting

services firm.

- Master’s degree relevant to Finance/Accounting

- Excellent knowledge of financial statements and its

mechanics.

- Critical thinker who comes up with pragmatic solutions with

respect to the task at hand.

- Demonstrable leadership skills in a professional environment.

- Command over MS Office applications (such as Excel, Word,
