Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Connect to various data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence.
• Optimize and fine-tune Power BI dashboards to ensure performance and usability.
• Implement data modeling, DAX queries, and custom visualizations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards.

PowerApps Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using PowerApps to streamline business processes.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications.
• Develop custom connectors and APIs to extend PowerApps capabilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing PowerApps solutions to ensure they meet user needs and performance standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use PowerApps effectively.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PowerApps development.
• Proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions and applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Patient calling representatives address patients' concerns about their accounts

• Help with billing issues and negotiate to collect unpaid debt

• Their duties include creating payment plans and taking patients' payments

• When a patient's account has an overdue balance, the patient account representative calls the patient to discuss recovering the payment

• Good phone communication skills help working with patients and clearly explaining policies and details.
