Job Role: Manual Software Tester
Experience Level: 1 - 2 years
Location: Bangalore, On-site
Job Overview:
As a Software Tester, you will collaborate closely with project developers, business analysts, and the team to ensure that our software solutions meet and exceed user expectations. You will be
responsible for developing test cases, performing various types of testing, conducting root cause analysis on defects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software testing processes. Additionally, you will evaluate the functioning of the website and provide valuable feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration and Requirement Analysis:
- Work collaboratively with project developers, business analysts, and the team members to
understand software requirements and user expectations.
2. Testing and Defect Management:
- Perform root cause analysis on defects found during testing to identify underlying issues and
potential project risks.
- Conduct exploratory and usability testing to proactively discover and report bugs before software
release.
- Execute comprehensive testing against the software to ensure all features function as designed
and meet intended user needs.
3. Website Functionality Check and Feedback:
- Regularly evaluate the functionality of the website to ensure it meets usability standards and user
expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback to developers and stakeholders regarding the website's
performance, user interface, and overall user experience.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Document test results, track defects, and provide clear and concise reports on testing progress
and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing results,
feedback, and priorities.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
● Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst.
● Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
● Experience in developing and executing test cases based on requirements and specifications.
● Ability to perform root cause analysis and effectively mitigate project risks related to defects.
● Proficiency in conducting exploratory testing and usability testing to identify potential issues.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
The selected candidate is required to fine tune LLM models, train them in distributed mode using SLURM framework, perform the necessary data engineering, training process monitoring and tuning, analysis, and documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Own the QA function end-to-end: from test strategy to UAT definition, release readiness, and post-release health.
- Collaborate early with Product and Design to clarify requirements, foresee edge cases, and co-define testable outcomes.
- Define and drive UAT: Create business-aligned acceptance criteria and ensure features meet real-world use cases.
- Build a quality feedback loop that incorporates exploratory, automated, and regression testing seamlessly into CI/CD.
- Act as the guardian of the release, balancing release velocity with confidence in quality.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers (manual + automation) to think like product owners and not just bug reporters.
- Champion QA as a design + product-first mindset, not just a gate at the end of development.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or decision-making role at a SaaS or startup company.
- Proven experience in owning QA strategy for web or mobile platforms with real users and frequent releases.
- Strong ability to define UAT plans and align with product/UX for customer-centric validation.
- Experience setting up and scaling QA processes that work within agile teams (Jira, CI/CD, post-release monitoring).
- Confidence in influencing cross-functional teams and pushing back with data when needed.
- Excellent communication written, verbal, and cross-functional.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Postman, etc.)
- Exposure to microservices architecture and API-first testing.
- Experience in tools like BrowserStack, TestRail, Sentry, Mixpanel for QA coverage and monitoring.

Experience and Required Skill Sets:
1 Solid experience in software design and development using Microsoft ASP.NET framework, C#, Visual Studio, and in writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
2 5+ years of experience in WCF, WPF, VB.NET, SQL Server, JQuery, Angular 10 and above.
3 5+ years of experience in developing highly scalable REST/Web APIs
4 5+ years of experience in developing highly efficient SQL/NoSQL Queries
5 5+ years of experience in Relational and Document databases
6 Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and possess strong fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
7 Experience in using the MVC framework, working knowledge in APIs, and Service Oriented Architecture

9 Experience in Angular version 10 and above is required
10 Expert in SQL programming & Database Design (Stored procedure, Function, Trigger, Constraints, Replication)
