Job Purpose

The Senior Full Stack Developer leads the design, implementation, and optimization of business‑critical applications across the Epiroc digital ecosystem. The role drives architectural decisions, ensures security and performance compliance, and mentors junior developers to elevate overall delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

Full‑Stack Development

• Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable full‑stack applications.
• Architect and implement front‑end features using Vite, Webpack, Angular CLI, or React build pipelines.
• Develop robust back‑end services using ASP.NET/C# and REST APIs.

Identity, Security & Compliance

• Integrate authentication and authorization using Azure AD / SSO (OAuth2/OIDC).
• Ensure solutions follow IT Security principles, compliance requirements, and secure coding practices.

Cloud & DevOps

• Promote automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices in Azure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.

Agile Delivery

• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure excellent sprint execution.
• Drive sprint planning, forecasting, and estimation accuracy.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Make informed architectural decisions related to scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor, coach, and guide Junior Full Stack Developers, supporting their growth and code quality.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross‑functional partners.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development roles.

Technical Skills

• Front‑End: Vite, Webpack, Angular CLI, React build pipelines.
• Back‑End: ASP.NET/C#, REST APIs.
• Identity: Azure AD / SSO.
• DevOps: Azure Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD.

Agile Expertise

• Strong understanding of Jira Sprints, sprint planning, and forecasting.

6. Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable experience.

Design, develop and maintain web-based services and applications using .Net Core/ASP.Net, C#, REST Web API, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Dapper.  Developing highly optimized cross-browser and responsive web applications using HTML5, and CSS.  Manage the full technical life-cycle of web applications during each development phase including functional & technical design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.  Developing high standard Web Applications based on functional requirements, UI/UX requirements, business logic and Web APIs.  Designing database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions to store and retrieve data most efficiently from SQL database.  Writing bug-free code with the highest coding standard.  Developing high-performance, highly secure and highly scalable Web Application.  Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability of the software.  Manage source code check-in, checkout, and merging code.  Taking accountability and the ability to work under pressure

Hands-on experience o of using Angular with version 7 or later o in consuming complex nested API. o in using state management (e.g. NGRX, RXJS). o in using caching. o of using component library framework integration (e.g. Angular Material). o in integrating with REST web services from the application. Knowing JSON is a must. o with Git compatible source control and working with a CI/CD pipeline.  Experience on AWS services will be added advantage.  Good experience in Standard Project Development Life Cycle.  Experience on Devextreme tools will be added advantage.  Ability/ready to work on advanced technologies like Node JS is an added advantage.  Knowledge / Experience of agile development methodologies.  Very good logical skills and problem-solving ability.  Quick learner and a good team player.  Should be able to work independently and with the team.

Role: D365 CE / CRM Developer

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Hyderabad (Initially remote)

You will need to:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365.
• Have a strong understanding on one of these 3 areas Sales, Service, Marketing & Field Service.
• Possess strong know how on the Microsoft Biz apps data model to perform end to end architectural design and review.
• Pose an in-depth understanding of the Dynamics capabilities to fit business logic inside Dynamics 365 in a seamless way to attain customer requirement with no adverse impact.
• Be a good coder and a reviewer to ensure the customization code quality is at the highest level possible and comply to the Organization standard.
• Be a hands-on coder to build POC on-the-fly and should be able to present to the customers.
• Be responsible for building custom applications, modifications, integrations, data conversion routines and custom reports.
• Provide technical support for project life cycle.

You must have:

• 3-7 years of experience in design, development, and delivery across the Dynamics 365 CRM landscape.
• Proficiency in developing, customizing, integrating, deploying, and supporting multi-channel Dynamics 365 CRM systems.
• Experience with the use of the Dynamics 365 CRM SDK.
• Absolute know-how of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Platform, its capability, its data model, security/ access control, web services and other integration approach.
• Strong knowledge on Canvas Model Driven Apps and common data service (CDS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience developing dynamic, highly interactive user interfaces for the web.
• 4+ years of proven development experience using .NET/C# with a focus on Web API cloud applications
• 4 years experience with RESTful Web API and JSON
• Strong hands-on development with Single Page Applications with at least one year of experience focused on Angular Development

Designing, architecting and developing the backend and APIs, primarily using the MEAN/MERN stack, for products or platforms for end-clients to consume our technology in Infrastructure Monitoring from Satellite Imagery and Robotic Process Automation in Banking and Mortgage Services.

- Interfacing with the customer, tech team members, project managers and other relevant product people for a thorough understanding of the product, use case and business objective, detailed specification and data flow for the requirement, demonstration of the solution and clarification of queries at appropriate times during the life-cycle of the product.

- Preparing test cases, setting up CI/CD and integration with logging and monitoring systems for the products or platforms
