Role Overview:

The Sales Manager – Trailer Division will be responsible for expanding the sales footprint of trailer products by acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, and strengthening market presence across assigned regions. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves developing new business opportunities for various trailer categories including flatbed, side wall, high bed, low bed, containerized, and customized trailers. The Sales Manager will build and nurture relationships with fleet operators, transporters, logistics service providers, OEMs, and institutional clients. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the business plan will be a core responsibility.

The incumbent will be required to understand customer requirements and prepare suitable technical and commercial proposals, manage pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and close orders in compliance with internal pricing and approval guidelines. Regular market analysis and competitor tracking will be conducted to identify potential growth areas and improve market positioning.

The role also includes close coordination with internal departments such as design, production, procurement, dispatch, and accounts to ensure timely order execution and delivery. Handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and supporting after-sales coordination will be essential to maintaining long-term customer relationships. Maintaining accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and management reports, as well as supporting credit control activities and timely payment collections, will be part of ongoing responsibilities.

Key Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to trailer or commercial vehicle sales, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. A solid understanding of technical specifications and the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions is essential. Strong planning, forecasting, and reporting skills are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications:

A graduate degree is required, with an MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred. Candidates with a technical background or qualification will have an added advantage.

Experience:

The position requires three to five years of relevant experience in trailer sales, truck body manufacturing, or commercial vehicle sales. Prior experience in B2B and institutional sales environments is essential.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Excellent Verbal and written communication

2. Willing to work 6 days a week (should be available on Saturdays & Sundays)

3. Willing to invest 3-4 Teaching hours every day

4. At least 1 year of English Teaching experience

5. Should have good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with Webcam

Responsible for handling Healthcare Recruiter from US based clients.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

Sourcing from Job Portal (Indeed), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

Publish progress report to management every week.

Candidate should have worked on Healthcare requirements – Medical Assistant, CNA, RN, Nurse Practitioner, Physician.

What Youll Do:

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers
