We are looking for a talented Frontend UI/UX Developer with expertise in Vue.js and Tailwind CSS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js (Vue 2 & Vue 3), Vuex/Pinia, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
2. Implement responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS and best UI/UX practices.

Task:

• Need to run our software products in different international environments (on premise and cloud providers)
• Support the developers while debugging issues
• Analyse and monitor software during runtime to find bugs, performance issues and plan growth of the system
• Integrate new technologies to support our products while growing in the market
• Develop Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Pipelines
• Maintain our on premise hosted servers and applications, like operating system upgrades, software upgrades, introducing new database versions etc.
• Automation of task to reduce amount of human errors and parallelize work

We wish:

• Basic OS knowledge (Debian, CentOS, Suse Enterprise Linux)
• Webserver administration and optimization (Apache, Traefik)
• Database administration and optimization (Mysql/MariaDB, Oracle, Elasticsearch)
• jvm administration and optimization application server administration and optimization (Servicemix, Karaf, Glassfish, Springboot)
• Scripting experience (Perl, Python, PHP, Java)
• Monitoring experience (Icinga/Nagios, Appdynamics, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Knowledge container management (Docker/ContainerD, DC/OS, Kubernetes)
• Experience with automatic deployment processes (Ansible, Gitlab-CI, Helm)
• Define and optimize processes for system maintenance, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
• Excellent communication skill & proficiency in English is necessary

• The CTO will set company’s technological vision and lead its execution.

• Min 5 years of experience must have headed a full journey experience of scaling up software product & technology from scratch within a B2C or B2B environment during zero to one phase of the startup
• Proven ability to work in the intersection of technology and business to drive revenue growth. Must have experience of working in a start-up during zero to one phase along with Founder/s or at a Founder/s minus 1 level.
• Proven experience of building and leading engineering teams that have scaled along the journey.
• Must have experience managing teams across Software development, Architecture & design, Dev Ops / Infrastructure
• Candidate must have nuanced understanding of trade-offs among features, risks and costs.

• Flair for writing
• Hands on with MS Office, especially PPT Presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator & Google Tools (Slides, Doc, Spreadsheet) will be an added advantage
