Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA from Tier-1 colleges (IIMs, XLRI, SPJain, FMS etc)
• Min 7 years of marketing experience. Out of 7 years of Marketing experience, minimum 3 years in handling brand profile
• E-comm, Health Tech, Ed Tech, Fin Tech, FMCG, Telecom background preferred
• Expertise in running ATL / BTL led marketing campaigns
• A go-getter with ownership and commitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-departments to achieve results    

• Responsible for recruitment cycle which includes Screening resumes, coordinating & conducting interviews.
• Resourcing suitable candidates through different sources, such as: Using job portals, Employee referrals, Database, References, Networking.
• Posting Jobs and Fetching Resumes from Job Portals. 
• Salary Negotiation with candidate.
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis of selected candidates. 
• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of compensation policy. 
• Other documentation which includes: validations of certificates & documents, training arrangements, briefing of company policies and rules & regulations.
• Managing welfare measures, HR - Management initiatives, employee get together, team building activities etc. to enhance motivation levels, productivity and relationship building.

• Connecting with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on lead-squared CRM
• Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling depending on the student’s area of interest
• Helping prospective students with detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counseling & create a strong pipeline
• Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle
• Finding a client from existing resources
• Calling on Leads to arrange Demos
• Follow on leads till the conversion
• Create and share proposals
• Provide professional after-sales support to improve customer relationships
• Present periodic reports and accountability on the inside sales activities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B Edtech or education 
• Must be an exceptional communicator
• Good at email Writing
• MBA preferred, otherwise minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn

• Managing digital/content marketing activities for our global clients.
• Content writing and updates.
• Influencer marketing and Blogger Outreach.
• Excellent writing and grammatical skills with the ability to write quickly, concisely, and accurately.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and willingness to learn new things and styles.
