Context:
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst with experience in mobile App analytics, who is passionate about building digital products that can put yoga and meditation from a realized master in the hands of 7 billion people on the planet.
You will join a small and evolving team that is passionate about realizing Sadhguru’s vision and at the same time is also committed towards their own personal growth. You will be hands-on and at the same time get an opportunity to define, and lead the analytics practice, and to shape up the future of the digital products at Isha.
Responsibilities:
● Data analysis and solution building based on insights captured from data.
● Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning.
● Structure concise reports with insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking.
● Cross-team projects and streamlining of the process.
● The root cause Analysis of problems and suggesting improvements to product/ops based on insights.
● Effectively working with complex data sets with minimal guidance, including cleaning and wrangling data to quickly unearth insights and trends and effectively communicating these to leadership through appropriate data summaries, visualizations and narratives.

Requirements:
● Strong 3-5 year experience in analytics.
● Experience in working on analytics for a mobile App.
● Proficiency in SQL, Excel and at least one visualization tool like tableau or qlikview.
● Demonstrated ability of solving complex problems and attention to detail.
● Demonstrated ability of work independently with stakeholders and cross functional teams, preferably in a startup environment.
● Exposure to a statistical or analytical language such as R or Python.
● Exposure to ML algorithms and modeling techniques.
● Open to remote working.
