services for Indians in UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
With continuous growth and success across the globe, we are seeking a Sales
Advisor for our Mohali office.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

 You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from potential clients that call
our office, contact us by email or chat or registers through our website.
 Once you reach a client by phone, you will explain how the service works, go
overpricing and create an online purchase order
 You will be expected to contact your clients regularly and consistently until they
place a purchase or pass on working with us.
 Self-motivated with a willingness to make 30+ calls per day to potential matches
 Successful at developing rapport with a wide variety of people, not intimidated by
powerful or affluent individuals
 You must be proven in your career, with a track record of success
 You must be extremely organized

Minimum requirements

 At least 1-8 years’ experience in a sales role
 Must speak English and Punjabi fluently. Since all customers will be from
western countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
 Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Google docs, and general computer aptitude
 University or college degree in business, marketing, communications, or related
discipline (or equivalent)
 Successful candidates must be self-confident, charismatic, self-disciplined,
dedicated and performance-driven
 Experienced carrying a high workload in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
 A competitive and growth mindset

Salary

 Rs. 15,000 - 35,000 in hand salary (depending on experience) with uncapped
commissions.
 A successful Sales executive has the potential to earn up to Rs.5,00,000
- 7, 00,000 a year with commissions.
 Salary may vary based on the experience, skills, and additional things one can
bring to the table.

Time of the shift

 The Shift timings will fall under a window of 12 hours (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.). An
employee is expected to complete their shift of 9 hours between this window. The
shift will be rotational.

Key Technical Skills -
• Experienced in defining & realizing end-to-end Technical Architecture for large scale
enterprise systems. Ability to identify and define non-functional requirements and design
systems to meet the same.
• Strong experience in OOAD and in applying Design patterns effectively.
• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in Java/ JEE technologies like Struts/JSF, Spring, EJB,
JMS etc. Experience only on front-end technologies like Struts, JSP, Servlets, HTML will not be
sufficient.
• Experience in performance testing and optimization of JEE systems on any of the following
application servers - WebLogic, WebSphere and JBoss. Deep expertise in any one of the
application server is a must.
• Strong experience in at least one RDBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL).
• Experience in creating and reviewing technical documents like Architecture blueprint, Design
specifications, Deployment architecture, Workload modeling etc.
• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and architectures.
• Experience in either of these areas is a definite add-on - Infrastructure sizing, Capacity
planning, Performance modeling, Cloud Computing.
• Working experience on Linux/Unix based OS system is a must.
• Working experience on any one of these open source technologies (LAMP stack, Node.js
framework, ELK, Cassandra, MongoDB, Couch base NO-SQL databases and other)

Need a senior graphic designer who has strong knowledge of UI and ability to conceptualise campaigns
and execute eye catching and professional landing page designs. They should have the ability to understand the design briefs and execute them in an aesthetic way that also meets the organisational
and business values.

The Director for Data Science will support building of AI products in Agile fashion that
empower healthcare payers, providers and members to quickly process medical data to
make informed decisions and reduce health care costs. You will be focusing on research,
development, strategy, operations, people management, and being a thought leader for
team members based out of India. You should have professional healthcare experience
using both structured and unstructured data to build applications. These applications
include but are not limited to machine learning, artificial intelligence, optical character
recognition, natural language processing, and integrating processes into the overall AI
pipeline to mine healthcare and medical information with high recall and other relevant
metrics. The results will be used dually for real-time operational processes with both
automated and human-based decision making as well as contribute to reducing

• Knows how to solve and launch real artificial intelligence and data science related problems and products along with managing and coordinating the
business process change, IT / cloud operations, meeting production level code standards
• Ownerships of key workflows part of data science life cycle like data acquisition, data quality, and results
• Experience building stakeholder trust and confidence in deployed models especially via application of algorithmic bias, interpretable machine learning,
data integrity, data quality, reproducible research, and reliable engineering 24x7x365 product availability, scalability
• Expertise in healthcare privacy, federated learning, continuous integration and deployment, DevOps support

• Very strong understanding and experience with traditional data science approaches like sampling techniques, feature engineering, classification, and
regressions, SVM, trees, model evaluations with several projects over 3+ years

reasoning, and understanding, information retrieval, text mining, search, with
3+ years of hands on experience
• Experience with developing and deploying several products in production with
