Engineers in this role actively contribute to Sarvika’s component libraries and design

system accelerators, ensuring code and design remain in sync across multiple domains.

They work on enterprise-scale solutions, including headless and composable commerce,

complex integrations, and next-generation mobile applications.

The ideal person

● Strong portfolio or GitHub demonstrating impactful React projects.

● Experience leading or significantly contributing to all stages of the software

development lifecycle.

● Deep understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and

modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.

● Proven hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to clearly articulate technical

decisions.

● Commitment to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.

● Proven ability to work in Agile teams, contributing to strategies that align with

business and user goals.

Desirable Skills

● Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, and functional programming

principles.

● Familiarity with major libraries and frameworks (Redux, React Query, etc.).

● Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL into front-end applications.

● Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive development best

practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills



• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this) Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.

We are looking for a goal-oriented channel sales manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships within the assigned territory.

Your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

You will also be required to work with the technical engineering team whenever a customer needs customized products or services.

Responsibilities

• Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners within an assigned territory.

• The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue.

• The CM represents the entire range of company products and services to partners in order to achieve partner sales objectives.

• Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
• Coordinate with other department personnel such as the support team / warehouse /procurement team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
• Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.
• Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
• Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.

Answering customer queries

● Maintaining and analyze the customer database

● Tracking all the complaints,feedback, requirements

raised by customers and prepare reports

● Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the

organization with a view to retaining existing

customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the

company brand.

● Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture

that will work seamlessly across the business and

capture crucial information along the sales funnel.

● Making sure the customer database is correctly

segmented for targeted marketing activities.

● Collaborating with other departments ensures the

CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the

business.

● Development of testing strategies to guarantee the

• 5+ years of experience participating in the delivery of technology services.
• A proven ability to learn new applications & innovate in technology
• Strong Experience in technologies like Node, Webservices and Microservices
• Experience with cloud components and services and containerization technologies is desirable
• Exposure to ReactJS mandatory
• Experience working with multiple types of datastores: Mongo DB, SQL
• Experience in integrating, designing and developing solutions is desirable
• Experience with CI/CD and TDD is desirable
• Frameworks - Express , Hapi , feathers
• Strong knowledge in Javascript

• Experience in React Native, Redux, CodePlus

• Need to have design/UI component knowledge on both Android/iOS platform.

• Capable of deploying the mobile app on both Android / iOS platform.
