Job Description for the above position:
➢ 2 to 4 years of experience in high-speed and Mixed-signal product design and development.
➢ Hands-on experience in circuit design and circuit simulation, an excellent skill set is a must in circuit analysis.
➢ Knowledge of Product Development life cycle.
➢ Experience in High-level design, low-level design and test plan document preparation.
➢ Experience in Industrial/MIL grade environmental system design, in which processor-controlled and FPGA-controlled devices are involved.
➢ Excellent component selection and decision-making skills.
➢ Excellent knowledge of basic electronics components and its usage.
➢ Working experience with high-speed digital interfaces such as PCI Express, DDR3/4 SDRAM, 100Mbps/1000Mbps/10Gb/40Gb/100Gb and above Ethernet and USB2.0/3.0.

➢ The ability to work with software engineers to design and debug systems
➢ Experience in Thermal analysis, Load analysis and Timing analysis.
➢ Knowledge of Signal integrity and power integrity.
➢ Experience in system-level design, logical design etc.
➢ Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC testing procedures and Certification standards.
➢ Guide and support all aspects of PCB layout, fabrication and assembly processes.
➢ Experience with PCB layout design tools like Allegro and Altium Designer.
➢ Strong knowledge of analog and digital video interfaces, especially HDMI, Display Port, and SMPTE video standards a plus.
➢ Strong knowledge and working experience of MS Office applications, Word, Excel, and Visio.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Hardware Design Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to see the inner workings of a startup from the ground-up and gain hands-on experience in hardware design and business development.
Location: Hyderabad, on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to market research, product ideation, prototyping, and testing
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product designs.
- Attend client meetings and gain invaluable insight interacting with CXO suite executives and upper management
- Assist in the design and development of hardware components and systems.
- Assist in the creation and review of schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
- Support in the selection and evaluation of components and materials for hardware projects
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in electronics and communications engineering (ECE), mechanical engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of basic electronics principles and circuit design fundamentals
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCad, Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad is preferred
- Familiarity with microcontroller programming and embedded systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Duration:
This is a 3-month internship position with the potential for extension based on performance and mutual agreement.
• Support in Upfront Technical Architecture and high level design to ensure
that the product meets manufacturability, Serviceability, performance,
reliability, cost, feature set ETC.
• Work with the team of design engineers for designing of analog and digital
circuits which meets functional, reliability, manufacturability, testing and
ergonomic requirements.
• Expected to maintain and improve systems and development processes.
• Manage the projects and ensure timely delivery
- Hiring, developing and managing the creative team
- Making sure all Visual Management activities are executed and implemented as per the plan and budgets allocated
- Planning, and designing overall user flow & user experience (UX) for e-store/ mobile app to ensure its creative, innovative and user-friendly
- Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays
- Developing visual design and strategies for new collection/ category/ product launch
- Developing visual strategies for the display of products on the e-store in a way that will enhance the overall user experience (UX)
- Brainstorming the e-store & Mobile App theme, design ideas, content etc with senior management
- Making detailed guidelines document to develop the User Interface (UI) for new developments and amendments
- Providing instructions and working closely with Graphic Designer for making UI designs and creatives
- Keeping abreast with current trends, updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
What you need to have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the creative field.
- A design course or a degree, a course from a top school like NIFT will be preferable
- Portfolio is way more important than degree & CV
- Experience of working with top digital, social media & marketing agencies, experience of clients from tech & consumer electronics space
- Should be a good thinker, with good taste & work in minimalist fashion
- Must have worked with premium brands.
