Developing and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their business needs, and providing personalized service. 

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME sector to grow the insurance company's client base and revenue. 

Ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to SME clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our growing team in Cybercity. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver a fully functional application based on Figma designs. While API integration is not an immediate requirement, it will follow later in the development process. The chosen candidate will work with React and Redux for the frontend development and utilize dotnet 8 API backend. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate Figma designs into a fully functional and responsive web application.
2. Develop the frontend using React and implement state management with Redux.
3. Ensure the application meets design specifications, including UI/UX requirements.
4. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute the development process effectively.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
6. Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
7. Document the codebase and provide clear code comments for future reference.
8. Work closely with the team to coordinate API integration when it becomes necessary.
9. Work closely with the DevOps and QA team to ensure the application deploys and runs as expected.
10. Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies in software development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing web applications using React and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design tools is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Dotnet for API development is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales and Business Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the admission business,

targeting Preschools, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools within the assigned

territory.

Identify and prioritize target schools and institutions, generating leads through various

channels such as networking, referrals, and online research.

Conduct thorough research on individual schools, understand their admission processes,

pain points, and requirements, and tailor admission sales pitches and product offerings

accordingly.

Engage with school administrators, principals, admission officers, and other stakeholders

to demonstrate the value and benefits of the admission management solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and

advantages of the solution.

Develop and negotiate pricing proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with

the sales team and the legal department.

B. Relationship Building and Account Management:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

● Act as a trusted advisor to schools, providing expert guidance on streamlining

admission processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving the overall admission

experience.

● Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers, address inquiries, and provide

excellent customer service.

● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base and

develop strategies to maximize revenue.

C. Area Management:

● Effectively manage and prioritize the assigned area, including travel planning,

scheduling meetings, and optimizing sales routes.

● Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and educational events to network,

gather market intelligence, and represent the organization.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the

education sector, specifically in selling admission management solutions to CBSE,

ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools.

● Strong understanding of the admission processes and challenges faced by

educational institutions.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively

engage with school stakeholders at all levels.

● The proactive and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or

exceeding sales targets.

● Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

● Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to detail in contract and

agreement management.

● Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

tasks effectively.

● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

An aesthetically pleasing design creates a positive response in people’s brains and leads them to believe the design works better. Users often perceive aesthetically pleasing design as design that’s more usable. We need Visual Designers who know how to make their design interfaces usable, how to draw the user’s eye to the correct information and functionality., and how to prioritise content on a page through size, colour, and the use of negative space. We need visual designers who have mastered the basics of UI, graphic design, branding, and visual communication. This is because they have to translate a brand’s style and voice into a beautiful yet usable design. We take our design process seriously. So research via surveys, customer feedback, heat mapping, and analytics forms a core part of our process. Our designs go through an internal design checklist so that we achieve user goals while keeping in mind technical limitations. Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical skills -ability to turn business requirements into technical concepts and code
• Minimum 3 years of experience in React(at least 3 projects)and familiar with modern React (Hooks, Context API)
• At least one PWA project
• Deep knowledge of Typescript (at least 2 years)
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Used to writing automated tests with tools like Jest & Cypress
• Working with a ticketing tool like Jira
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile Development
• Experiences with NodeJS is a plus
• Experiences with Monorepositorys and Nx is a plus
