Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives for leading brands. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Candidates with prior BPO or customer interaction experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls (inbound and/or outbound) efficiently and professionally.
• Understand customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
• Work in rotational shifts with weekly offs as per process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English; fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Work Schedule:

5 days a week in International Process

6 days a week in Domestic Process, with rotational or fixed shifts depending on the assignment; rotational week offs may apply.

• Cab Facility: Two-way cab available for candidates within a 25 km radius of the office (where applicable).

Salary Range:

• Freshers – ₹25,000–₹26,000 CTC (₹20,000–₹21,000 take-home).
• Experienced – ₹26,000–₹30,000 CTC (₹21,000–₹25,000 take-home).

1. Will be responsible for running manpower staffing solution like temporary and permanent staffing solution with Revenue Generation Model.

2. Will be accountable for creating and signing up agreements with clients.

3. Should handle existing client and adding new clients for our Manpower staffing service.

4. Recruitment for Clients requirements and Inhouse requirements should be executed effectively.

5. Should execute HR Generalist role ( Recruitment, Appointing Process, Induction, HR policy and process creation, Attrition,Training the team, Appraisal, Disciplinary action.

6. Should Manage the Team efficiently.

7. Responsible in training and grooming juniors.

8. Maintainance or process, reports are mandatory.

Must Haves:

• .Net Core/ MVC

Requirements:

• 5 + Years – 6+ Years of Coding & Development Expertise in ASP.Net / .Net Core & C#.
• Should be able to interpret the FSD and translate into Coding Logic.
• Should have good exposure to using web-based technologies (ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS3, Web API, Bootstrap).
• Hands on Experience on Relational database like SQL is a must knowledge on Database Linking is very important including understanding Processing Logic.
• Experience in developing enterprise grade software with MVC, MVVM or MVP would be a Plus.

We are looking for a MERN stack developer with experience in designing and developing the design and development of 

• JavaScript experience
• NodeJS - 2+ years of experience with production-ready applications
• 2+ years of experience with 2 or more UI frameworks (React, Angular).
• React preferred a Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js libraries (such as Redux, jest, etc)
• Experience in testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha.
• Experience in building Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
• Knowledge of Node server, Socket connections, and mechanisms to handle real-time async data
