Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join

our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, particularly in

a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment, and will be responsible for driving growth

through proactive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

 Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Targets will be on gross profits.

 Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition for

CM.com’s communication solutions.

 Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, emailing,

networking, and other outreach methods.

 Understand client needs and effectively communicate how CM.com’s SaaS and

CPaaSNsolutions can solve their business challenges.

 Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up on leads, managing

prospects, and driving sales closures.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer

interactions in the Salesforce CRM.

Must-Have Skills:

 2-3 years of outbound sales experience with an enterprise organisation in a B2B SaaS

background.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence

decision-makers.

 Must be fluent in professional working languages Hindi and English . Knowledge of

other languages would be a plus.
