What you will do:
- Implementing and managing front desk objectives and procedures
- Participating in daily operations meetings to coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues
- Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment and managing budgets regarding the same
- Ensuring that the reception area is kept well-organized and neat
- Handling and managing all front desk activities including but not limited to phone calls, emails and appointments
- Performing various administrative duties as assigned by the organization by working closely and in coordination with the facilities and housekeeping teams
- Answering front-desk complaints and questions from visitors
- Obtaining or sending documents through email or fax
- Maintaining employee and department directories and notifying company personnel regarding arrival of visitor(s)
- Maintaining and updating relevant data, collecting feedback and reporting all these to the management in regular intervals
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- Graduation is a must
- Relevant work experience of 2 – 5 years handling front desk/ reception
- Candidate should be from South Delhi
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- Proficiency in using a computer
- An ability to multi-task
