Role Overview

We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for a real estate and interior design firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, invoicing, taxation, and vendor/customer reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare, verify, and process customer and vendor invoices.
• Track outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on payments.
• Handle GST calculations, filings, reconciliations, and related documentation.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and filings.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
• Reconcile bank, customer, and vendor accounts regularly.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for billing and payment-related queries.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in AR, AP, invoicing, GST, and TDS is mandatory.
• Prior experience in real estate, interior design, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting software.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced and independent ERP Coordinator who can strictly monitor ticketing operations, coordinate between teams and clients, and ensure proper follow-up on every support and development query. The candidate should be confident, straightforward, result-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities independently without continuous supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients.

● Understand customer business requirements and configure the platform accordingly.

● Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions(configurations, integrations etc), and user training.

● Guide clients through implementation and ensure timely go-live.

● Resolve client queries and coordinate with the Internal teams whenever required.

● Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

● Track onboarding milestones and maintain accurate implementation documentation.

● Identify process improvements and share client feedback with internal teams.

● Ensure customers are confident using the platform before transitioning them to the Customer Success team.

● Travel across India as and when required for implementation and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. ● Prior experience with SaaS products, ERP, OMS, WMS, or eCommerce platforms will be an added advantage.

● Knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or similar ecosystems is a plus.

• Create/modify scripts using a scripting language such as Perl and the Bitbucket REST API to disable users who have not logged in within a certain timeframe, and to monitor user project/repo permissions based on last commit date/time.
• Every 3 months, run the Jenkins jobs to reprovision the Bitbucket test servers, verify Bitbucket functions properly, then plan and execute the reprovisioning of the production Bitbucket servers
• Every 2 years, plan, install and deploy the latest Bitbucket version in our test environment, updating the Terraform code and Artifactory as required. Upgrade all plugins, test thoroughly, and work with various development teams to have them test as well. Once testing is complete and sign-off has been achieved, plan and run the Jenkins jobs to deploy the latest version of Bitbucket to the production servers.
• Create scripts using a scripting language such as Perl and the Confluence and/or Atlassian Access REST API to disable users who have not logged in within a given amount of time
• Good to have knowledge on BigPicture, EasyBI, Report2Web

Critical Skills to Possess:

• 5+ years of experience in JIRA administration and Bitbucket 
• Experience in Jira, Bitbucket application upgrade on data center.
• Experience re-provisioning of Bitbucket using Jenkins.
