Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, supporting patients, and promoting Miror’s healthcare products and services with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers/patients to promote Miror’s healthcare products and services.

·        Provide accurate and detailed product information, address customer queries, and deliver high-quality service with empathy and understanding.

·        Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

·        Execute and manage WhatsApp and email marketing activities.
