Skills Required Candidate Profile:
- Drive and support international sales to close key new business in the Software Services Domain.
- Drive processes in acquiring new customers, retaining old business, proposals, negotiation, and major deals, to win new business.
- Leads proposals and negotiations that maximize customer value.
- Develops and maintains strong customer relationships with target Accounts.
- Achievement of assigned Digital sales quota / Sales revenue as well as a contribution towards the overall team target.
- Maintain consistent, timely, and high-quality reporting meeting the requirements of the business.
- As a member of the Sales Team, contribute to team effectiveness and overall business strategies and directions.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company’s growth.
- Must be capable of working individually with minimal guidance.
- Must be able to work under flexible Work Timings.
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients and influencers, and contributing to our growth and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through market research and networking. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Influencer Partnerships: Search for and vet potential influencers that align with client campaigns. Foster relationships with influencers to ensure a stable and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign success. Monitor campaign progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of the latest trends in influencer marketing and competitive landscape. Provide strategic insights to the team to aid in decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, campaign results, and business development metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience in training and Managing the team.
- Experience in development of Android/iOS applications and have deployed them on Google Play/App Store.
- Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
- Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.
- 3+ years knowledge in mobile app development.
- In depth understanding of front end languages like HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- In depth understanding of Object Oriented programming languages like Java and C++.
- Familiarity using version control tools like Git, Subversion etc. and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code etc.
- Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and been exposed to Scrum projects.
- Knowledge of Dart programming language, Rest APIs and integration of various APIs from third parties.
- Comfortable using test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance and reliability.
- Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.
- Knowledge on riverpod is a plus.

- A Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in software product development.
- Excellent in Data structure, Algorithms & Problem-solving skills.
- Should be willing to code in Node.js/Java/Python/ROR/Golang
- Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components.
- Customer-focused, react well to changes, work with teams and able to multi-task.
- Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in fluid environment
