We're hiring a data-driven Performance Marketer to own paid advertising end to end — from setting up ad accounts to planning, executing, and reporting on campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You'll build audiences, set up conversion tracking, and continuously optimize for results. This role suits someone who understands both the ad platforms and the website and forms side of conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and manage advertising accounts across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

•    Plan, build, launch, and manage campaigns end to end across all platforms.

•    Create and manage audiences — including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.

•    Set up conversion tracking and events (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) and ensure they fire correctly on the website.

•    Set up and manage forms, lead capture, and landing-page conversions.

•    Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing across channels.

•    Write and test ad copy, coordinate with design on creatives, and run A/B tests.

•    Monitor performance daily and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

•    Build and present clear performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights across all platforms.

•    Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and industry best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

•    3–5 years of hands-on performance / paid media experience.

•    Proven experience setting up and managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads accounts with real budgets and results.

•    Strong command of campaign planning, execution, and reporting across platforms.

•    Experience creating and managing audiences (custom, lookalike, retargeting).

•    Solid knowledge of conversion tracking setup and how it connects to websites and forms (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).

•    Understanding of key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC) and the full marketing funnel.

•    Comfortable working with data, reporting, and turning numbers into decisions.

•    Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Min 6+ years of experience in ReactNative (including React-Redux)
• Should have some experience on Responsive UI development.
• Should have some experience on Typescript.
• Should have some experience of Bluetooth connections via mobile app
• Good to have experience of Firebase API’s
