• Strong B2B SEO specialist, copywriter profile
• Must have 2+ years of experience in B2B SEO, content writing, or SEO-focused copywriting
• Must have strong working knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, search intent, and content structuring
• Must have hands-on experience writing insight driven B2B content for landing pages, linkedIn posts or campaigns
• Must demonstrate excellent B2B content writing fundamentals - clarity, structure, logic, and ability to simplify technical concepts for B2B audiences

Role & Responsibilities:

Your job is to create B2B content that:

• Ranks on Google,
• Is easily understood and cited by AI models (GEO),
• Drives qualified intent from CPOs, OEMs, fleet owners and energy partners,
• And improves the clarity and performance of our paid ads and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO):

• Conduct keyword research, and write optimised content for Google search and AI models

High-Quality B2B Copy Creation: Write clear, crisp, insight-driven content for:

• Landing pages & product pages
• B2B campaigns & paid ads
• Whitepapers, explainers, and case studies
• LinkedIn posts & thought leadership
• Sales collateral (one-pagers, capability decks)

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work with design to align structure and visuals.
• Support sales with sharper talking points, summaries and structured content.
• Assist product marketing with feature explainers and release notes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong writing fundamentals: clarity, structure, logic, precision.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and WordPress
• Curiosity about AI search, RAG, GEO, and how LLMs retrieve information.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for B2B audiences.
• Comfortable with fast-paced iteration and feedback cycles.
• Familiarity with keyword tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest) is a bonus.
• Interest in EVs, energy tech, or SaaS is an advantage but not mandatory.

Qualification for SME Insurance:

1. 3-5 experience in the insurance industry
2. Experience in insurance products (all products including life, health & general) and processes and the insurance industry chain
3. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
4. English: Fluent

Roles and responsibilities

1. Strong Process & product knowledge of the Insurance products
2. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
3. Responsible for facilitating OJT for the new joiners on all Insurance related products and processes. 
4. Help in designing a best-in-class customer support and engagement journey for insurance products.
5. Liaise with different stakeholders/partners for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
6. Ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues.
7. Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
8. Proactive in highlighting/ escalating issues/ concerns/ Areas Of Improvements/ opportunities to the leadership team to get their help as and when needed
9. Handling and monitoring of all complaints received through all mediums through tracking in defined TATs
10. Ensure that complaint closure quality (RCA) is tracked closely by ensuring first understanding all the issues highlighted by the customer. Maintenance of all RCAs and process improvements undertaken for relevant complaints
11. Keeping up to date with all the regulatory requirements and changes in the Insurance industry

• Works as part of a team to continually refresh and enhance our users’ web experiences using an Agile Development Methodology. 

• Build and ship features with an understanding of Javascript, CSS and HTML best practices.

• Coordinate with back-end engineers to provide a cohesive experience.

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of extensive exposure in developing web applications using the latest front-end technologies

• Expertise in the following area:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JS frameworks, such as jQuery,

• Responsive & Adaptive web design

• CSS frameworks like SASS/LESS

• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Adequate knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git
