Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent suited to a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the company culture.

• Partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and forecast talent requirements.

Performance Management

• Lead the performance management process, setting KPIs aligned with business objectives.

• Drive a continuous feedback culture and conduct regular performance appraisals.

• Implement training and development programs to promote career progression.

Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop and execute initiatives to maintain high morale and foster a positive workplace.

• Plan and manage employee engagement activities that reflect our brand’s energy and enthusiasm.

HR Policies & Compliance

• Review, update, and enforce HR policies that support a growth oriented, agile culture.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards to mitigate risks.

Learning & Development

• Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to support employee growth.

• Facilitate coaching, and mentoring programs.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a D2C or high-growth environment.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Keka or similar HRMS tools).

Headless Development: Lead the frontend development of our Shopify app, including

building new features, revamping existing functionalities, and optimising performance.

User Interface Design: Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive,

pixel-perfect UI components that align with our brand’s aesthetic and provide an intuitive

user experience.

Custom Theme Development: Create and customise Shopify themes to enhance the

visual appeal and functionality of our online store, ensuring compatibility with various

devices and browsers.

Integration and API Management: Work with third-party APIs and Shopify's API to integrate

necessary functionalities, such as payment gateways, shipping solutions, and marketing

tools.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the app’s performance,

ensuring fast load times, seamless navigation, and a smooth user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers,

designers, marketers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Code Review and Best Practices: Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code. Participate

in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in frontend development.

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance

bottlenecks in a timely manner to ensure a seamless user experience.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes,

and development workflows.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and formulating apps that are suitable for use on all types of Android devices.
• Implementing measures to safeguard users' data.

Requirements

• 7+ Year of experience with Dot Net Technology with MVC Framework: Angular must require. 
• Mock-ups and designs into pages complete with CSS, HTML, and Angular Writing tested, idiomatic, asynchronous and documented Angular, HTML and CSS. 
• Aware of new features in Angular 7,8,9 
• Ability to develop UIT from wireframes & prototypes 
• Write modular, secure, and well-tested front-end code cooperating with the back- end developer in the process of building the Restful API, Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front-End Technologies. 
• Experience Design overall architecture of the web application Proficient understanding of web trends and technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, object-oriented JavaScript, jQuery and Responsive design. 
• Must have experience of working on enterprise single page application can write client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly. Extensive experience of JavaScript, Angular, React and Node.js

• Angular with updated version, Dot Net, C# and above, HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap, jQuery, Typescript, MVC 5, Web API 2.x, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2012, Store Procedures, Triggers.
