About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor with a strong creative eye and hands-on technical skills. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging video content across a variety of formats — from high-impact short ads to long-form corporate and brand films. You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams and play a central role in shaping our visual storytelling. We need someone who is as comfortable with the details of sound and color as they are with cuts and transitions.

Responsibilities:

● Edit a wide range of video formats (social ads, reels, promos, interviews, explainers, documentaries)

● Lead post-production: editing, color grading, audio mixing, and final exports

● Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life

● Maintain consistent output quality, even under tight timelines

● Receive and implement feedback constructively and efficiently

Skills & Tools:

● Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including:

● Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

● Color Grading: DaVinci Resolve

● Sound Editing/Mixing: Adobe Audition, Logic Pro X, Audacity (or equivalent)

● Asset & Media Handling: Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Prelude, or similar

● Strong storytelling sense, pacing, rhythm, and visual clarity

● Understanding of different platform formats (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Bonus Skills:

● Experience with basic motion graphics or templates in After Effects

● Working knowledge of collaborative tools like Frame.io, Notion, Trello, etc.

● Prior agency or content studio experience is a plus

The Role

As a Technical Leas Full Stack Engineer at Sprinto, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and collaborative team. You are not just a coder; you are a problem solver and a versatile programmer who thrives in a cross-functional environment. The role requires hands-on experience and a willingness to contribute across various aspects of the development process.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your extensive programming experience, with a minimum of eight years in a professional setting, preferably within a small team.
• Demonstrate flexibility by not adhering strictly to a specific programming language, editor, or libraries. Embrace a holistic approach to software development by seamlessly transitioning between frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
• Lead the team in technical guidance and architectural decisions, providing mentorship and direction to other engineers.
• Assume a leadership role during system challenges and contribute to effective problem resolution.
• Apply a discerning eye to identify and address premature over-engineering, ensuring projects progress efficiently. Recognize the long-term consequences of programming choices and navigate trade-offs to optimize solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of professional programming experience, preferably within a small team environment.
• Proven ability to work across boundaries, be it frontend, backend, or infrastructure. Avoid pigeon-holing and embrace a holistic approach to software engineering.
• Recognized by peers for technical expertise and leadership in making architectural decisions. Being the go-to person in challenging situations within your current team.
• Ability to identify premature over-engineering and foresee long-term consequences of programming choices. Make informed decisions to optimize project timelines and outcomes.
• Understanding that code is a tool in the service of solving business/customer problems. A willingness to make trade-offs that efficiently address these issues.
• While not mandatory, familiarity with our tech stack (Node.js, Next.js, React, Relay, Apollo-GraphQL, Postgres, Heroku) is a bonus. Share your insights on the pros and cons of our tech stack in your application.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring other engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

•  Review and ensure the India information security policies are aligned with group policies and practices.
•  Review and provide recommendations to India policies, standards, guidelines/ processes concerning RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulatory requirements
•  Coordinate with business units to define SLA for India
• Formulate the security strategy and roadmap for India

Information Security

•  Identify and ensure compliance to unique security requirements for RBI (Reserve Bank of India) related to RBI cyber security framework and RBI Guidelines on Information security.
•  Establish contacts with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulators to receive security updates, circulars
•  Coordinate for the group for various regulatory security audits at the Singapore location.
•  Monitor and track all India open issues with IT and concerned international SPOCS
•  Assist the GSO office and BU in attaining information security compliance objectives.
•  Identify issues that could impact the bank and escalate any serious issues/ breaches/ violations; develop/monitor action plans for its closure in liaison with local, and overseas branches, and business groups.
•  With the support of the Head office GSO team, perform risk assessments for locally implemented IT solutions and track open issues to closure
•  Instigate and maintain contact with RBI Regulatory Authorities, Regulatory compliance department, and ensure good & healthy working relationships.
•  Review new regulatory legislations; promptly communicate all regulatory notices/circulars to all concerned areas, provide interpretations if necessary; develop/monitor action plans towards its implementation.
•  Assist Head office during Regulatory Examinations; ensure implementation/regularization of observations linked to compliance while meeting the deadline(s).
• Respond to queries that are sought by local Regulatory Authorities / Law Enforcement Agencies Head Office & Overseas branches, in a timely manner with complete and accurate information.

Job Context

• Over 2 years of Dynamics NAV consultancy experience/ Minimum 1 Yr experience in Business Central
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009/2013/2015/2016
• Undertake the design, coding, testing, releasing the code, and NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central support
• Proficient in RDLC Report Development & SQL Server Database
• Experience working on the technical side of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Should be fluent and conversant with (A/L, C/AL & C/Side) Programming and ability to do developments independently
• Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
• Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal. 
• Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members. 
• Manage multiple developments and project initiatives at one time, while effectively communicating utilization, roadblocks, and progress to technical leadership and prioritizing based on feedback.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and its modules.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to diagnose problems quickly and recommend solutions
