Job Summary :
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to build modern, high-performance web applications. This is a frontend-focused role that also requires experience with backend development, APIs, and databases.
Mandatory Skills :

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR for performance and SEO optimization.
- Build reusable and responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Work with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
- Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities.
Required Skills :
- 3+ years of experience in web development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Experience with Next.js App Router and Server Components.
- Good understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Proficiency in Git and modern package managers (npm/yarn/pnpm).
Good to Have :
- Experience with PHP/Laravel (preferred) or Node.js.
- Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, or Laravel Sanctum.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with Docker, Vercel, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, or OCI)
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and container runtimes (Docker, containerd)
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple services and environments
• Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and/or Pulumi
• Automate operations with Python and shell scripting for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
• Ensure high availability and performance of production systems and troubleshoot incidents effectively
• Monitor system metrics and implement observability best practices using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
• Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to align infrastructure with business needs
• Apply best practices in cloud networking, Linux administration, and configuration management
• Support compliance and security audits; assist with implementation of cloud security measures (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, IAM hardening)
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities

Organization: A Funded global healthcare platform connecting doctors, thereby enabling exchange of information on a quick and real time basis, founded in the year 2013.Currently there are 3 lakh doctors using this platform and everyday there are 400 new doctors joining it.
The platform promotes exchange of viewpoints, ideas, and information on various medical practices amongst healthcare professionals. This saves both time and money as solutions to several health issues can be accessed on a real time basis. There are 1.3 million registered doctors and 400+ daily publications on its platform and they operate across 16+countries.
Roles & Responsibilities
You’re Awesome At -
- Have strong experience in Python (FLASK framework).
- Have a Deep understanding of how RESTful APIs work.
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns that can work at scale.
- Sound knowledge of NoSQL/SQL Databases (Mongo DB preferred).
- Strong experience with at-Cloud technology, preferably AWS or GCP, or Azure.
- Core experience in developing complex backend systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passionate about application scalability, availability, reliability, and security.
Your Academic Qualifications -
BE/BTech in Computer Science preferred.

Your Experience Across the Years in the Roles You’ve Played -
2-4 Years of experience in Backend Development.
- +2 years experience working as a react.js developer.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Redux, Material UI.
- Experience with user interface design & user experience design
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Developing applications in React including component design and state management for specific use cases
- Experience working with at least one SQL and NoSQL Database (MongoDB, SQL Server, Snowflake, Postgres preferred)
- Basic experience with AWS platform
Programming exprience of some kind - college project, coding contests, online coding website or actual experience working on real life projects is must have.
He will be working on two exciting products related to Cloud computing (AWS) and Education sector.
• Experience of MEAN/MERN Stack Technology.
• Experience of Node JS, Express JS, Mongo DB, Angular or Angular JS/Reacts JS.
• Knowledge in Java and/or Python programming, will be added plus.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes,will be added plus.
• Knowledge of GIT, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube tools (or similar)
• Experience working in Agile (SCRUM)
• Knowledge working with AWS (S3, EMR, EC2, RDS)
• Preference will be given to candidates who have travelled onsite or with US business Visa.
