• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components.
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions
• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable
• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions
• Perform design and code reviews
• Perform technical feasibility and trade off studies & guides others to perform these studies
• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to outage
• Continuously improve performance metrics of modules you own.
• Collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems, execute and deliver results

 

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in MERN stack
• A deep understanding of JavaScript
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Unit and Integration tests

Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to implement both back-end and front- end software solutions to serve both internal and external customers. The position entails working in an agile team to develop Java- and React-based projects that support our system.
● Design, implement and test full-stack solutions using Java, Spring and React
● Design robust spring system that can support 2-5mil users.
● Work alongside other team members to integrate various components into finished product
● Work closely with product owner to create stories
● Continuously create new and interactive features that would help to improve user experience and user engagement.
● Assist with troubleshooting of issues as needed
● Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions
● Assist in developing and maintaining continuous integration pipelines

Skills required :

The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. Among his roles at Amazon, he was the CEO of Amazon’s first joint venture in India and a Board Member of Amazon’s payments business. The other members of the founding team consisted of senior executives from Shiamak Davar & Byju’s.

Background

•   At least 6+ years experience in back-end development in a fast-paced environment, working in Python & Django Framework
• Should Have experience leading a team.
•   Deep understanding of technologies used in web products, including Rest APIs
•   Sound understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
•   Deep familiarity with UNIX, major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps.
•   Understanding of databases, and related tools, paradigms.

Role: Sr.Drupal Developer

Responsibilities

• Perform Drupal development tasks including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks from major Drupal core systems
• Understand the client's business requirements and develop a scalable software solution.

Role
As one of the senior members of the backend development team at Mosaic, you will be
responsible for architecting and setting the standards for building our core backend/microservices.
Also, you will be responsible for shaping up the entire system for scale and collaborating
extensively with the frontend and design teams to create the best consumer experiences.
