Associate General Manager – Web application

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET/C#, React or Angular, and Azure basics to design, develop, and deploy modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, with a passion for clean code and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Build responsive front-end user interfaces using React or Angular with TypeScript.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and ensure smooth front-end/back-end communication.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure using basic PaaS services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Follow Agile development practices for planning, testing, and delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React or Angular with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, and Key Vault.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of software development best practices (SOLID principles, unit testing).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for build and release pipelines.
• Exposure to containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Experience in developing enterprise wide web-based n-Tier applications using Microsoft and JavaScript technology stack.
• Fluent knowledge and hands-on experience in C# ASP.Net WebAPI with .Net Core/ .Net 5+, Angular (4/5+) with TypeScript, Angular Material, CSS, HTML 5, Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of nHibernate, IoC Containers, any SQL DB and any NoSQL DB would be an added advantage.
• Having experience in container technology (Kubernetes/Dockers) and microservices implementation would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in unit testing using tools like xUnit and mocking framework etc. CI/CD process are an added advantage
• Good knowledge and experience of OOAD, SOA and RESTful based patterns and implementation.
• Good understanding of Design patterns and their implementation
• Should be able to work independently with new technologies

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement various tests for software applications.
• Evaluate designs and ensure compliance to business requirements.
• Prepare and update technical documents and develop Dot NET processes for various systems.
• Develop and perform tests on various software applications.
• Analyze architecture design and provide consultation to Dot net teams.
• Provide technical support and design enhancement for various applications.
• Analyze systems and develop solutions for the same.
• Experience in writing web applications using ASP.net MVC 4.0/4.5, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2008/12
• Ability to write SQL queries and store procedures is required.
• Must be able to use JQuery to work on the user interface.
• Entity Framework as the data layer must be able to be used.
• Bootstrap, AngularJS, and Web API knowledge are advantages as well as experience with Javascript, AJAX, and JQuery.
• Solid understanding of relational database fundamentals in SQL Server 2008, developing stored procedures, and simple/complex SQL queries.
• Develop architecture documents for various applications.
• Coordinate with customers and analyze all user requirements.
• Analyze technical documents and determine problems in Dot NET application and provide consultation for resolution.

 Skills and Qualifications:

1. A Master’s degree in computer application or B. tech is required.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.

4. Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, MYSQL, NOSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, HTML, CSS and Javascript
5. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber. 
6. Experience developing web applications using .NET Framework 4.5.
7. Design building and maintaining efficient and reusable C# code using design patterns.
8. Knowledge of Agile methodology/ Kanban concepts is a plus.
9. Contribute to the Agile software development process including: design, programming, testing, documentation, quality assurance and implementation.
10. High proficiency in English (Written and oral) is mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience developing dynamic, highly interactive user interfaces for the web.
• 4+ years of proven development experience using .NET/C# with a focus on Web API cloud applications
• 4 years experience with RESTful Web API and JSON
• Strong hands-on development with Single Page Applications with at least one year of experience focused on Angular Development
• Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
• Experience with Git, Redux, Typescript, and Angular Material.
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical design documentation for assigned features and user stories.
• Strong drive to learn and produce beautiful code
