Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities

4+ years of experience in design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java (8, 17, 21).

Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.

Implement secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security (JWT/OAuth2).

Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures.

Work with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate for database interactions.

Implement configuration management using YAML and Properties files.

Integrate event-driven messaging systems and streaming platforms.

Work with MongoDB for data storage and optimize query performance.

Implement logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting for production systems.

Integrate and work with Azure cloud services including:

Event Hub

Key Vault

Storage Accounts

Databricks

Azure AD authentication (Service Principal, Managed Identity, Federated Credentials)

Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for deployment and monitoring.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Primary Purpose: As part of a highly productive and creative AI (NLP) analytics team, design and develop web applications and SPA’s i.e., UI/UX, and underlying backend – API’s, security framework, scalable microservices etc.
• Daily Grind: Interface with the product manager, project managers, and the engineering team to achieve sprint goals on the product roadmap.

• Work in a product-development team capable of independently authoring software products.
• Guide junior programmers, set up the architecture, and follow modular development approaches.
• Design and develop code which is well documented.
• Optimize of the application for maximum speed and scalability

• Research and develop new approaches to problems.
• Design and implement schemas and databases with respect to the AI application

Strategy, planning, and design:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product, identify technology requirements, define the future product vision, create preliminary design concepts for add-on modules and shape overall technology and product roadmap by collaborating with the founders, business development, and marketing team.
• Ensure user oriented design is the primary approach to product development across multiple screens, based on user behaviour data and direct customer feedback.

Implementation and deployment:

• Manage Product Release, QA cycles, feature implementation and on time delivery through in-house team and vendors.
• Collaborate with team and customers to define use cases.
• Creation of wireframes/prototypes, site maps and user-flows for web and mobile platforms.

Operational management :

• Support marketing by implementing technical requirements for SEO/product analytics.
• Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration & system testing.
• Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
• Establish and forecast ROI of features and succinctly articulate competitive advantage.
• Set-up data collection and analysis system in collaboration with CEO to track key performance.

Strong fundamentals in computer science/engineering and algorithm design.

Personal Requirements:

• Min of 7+ years of Hands on experience in Web app development, payment gateways implementation, architecture design, product management, databases and UI/UX in consumer facing applications.
• Experience on projects involving engineering and algorithmic functions, machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence is very advantageous.
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and utilise emerging technologies.
• Sincere passion to use disruptive technologies that can be globally significant

At BigRadar we automated consumer interactions using Chatbots. You'll be working in the backend to create services to make it happens. Obviously, we're looking for self-driven individuals who're proud of their code and do care about no more spaces.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience.
• Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in front end framework like Angular (preferred) or React.
• Expertise in back-end programming language JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJs.
• Working with RDBMS such as Postgres or MySQL.
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Appreciation for clean and well-documented code.
• Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
