About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our core engineering team and help build high-

throughput, low-latency services that power real-time trading at scale. What We’re Looking For

You are someone who has built backend systems in a regulated, high-stakes environment — ideally fintech, brokerage, payments, or banking. You think in terms of system reliability, data correctness, and operational

excellence. You take ownership of services end-to-end: from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and incident response. You communicate clearly, make pragmatic trade-offs, and hold yourself and

your peers to a high engineering bar. What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and own backend microservices for a real-time trading platform — from API contracts

through to production observability. • Work with databases, caches, and event-driven architectures to ensure high availability and data

consistency across distributed systems. • Build integrations with third-party financial services — clearing, settlement, identity verification, and

payment rails. • Define and enforce engineering standards — code reviews, testing strategies, API design conventions, and incident response processes. • Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into

well-scoped technical deliverables. • Participate in on-call rotations and own production reliability for the services you build. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Must-Have

• 5+ years backend engineering experience with Golang and Java in production. • Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven messaging (Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ). • Experience building and maintaining REST/gRPC APIs at scale with proper error handling, rate limiting, and versioning. • Understanding of financial systems — ledgers, reconciliation, order lifecycle, or payment processing.

• Experience with microservices architecture, API gateways, and service-to-service communication

patterns. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS or

GCP). • Strong debugging and incident-response skills in distributed systems. Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience at a brokerage, wealth-tech, neo-bank, or payments company. • Experience with clearing broker integrations or introducing broker models. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for cross-border financial products. • Experience with search infrastructure (Typesense, Elasticsearch). • Background in performance engineering — profiling, load testing, and latency optimization. Executive & Administrative Support

1. Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments for the HOD

2. Prepare agendas, Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and action trackers

3. Draft official emails, letters, and internal communications

4. Coordinate inter-departmental follow-ups on behalf of the HOD

5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive management and legal information

⚖️ Legal & Compliance Coordination

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and MOUs

2. Coordinate with external legal counsel for notices, replies, and case updates

3. Maintain tracker for legal cases, notices, agreements, and compliance deadlines

4. Ensure timely circulation and execution of approved legal documents

5. Support HOD in compliance-related documentation and audits

📁 Documentation & Records Management

1. Maintain structured digital and physical filing of legal and commercial documents

2. Track contract validity, renewals, amendments, and approvals

3. Ensure version control and accurate naming of documents

4. Maintain dashboards and trackers for management review

5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management

👥 Stakeholder & Coordination Support

1. Liaise with HR, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams for data and approvals

2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and consultants as instructed by HOD

3. Support in portal uploads, statutory submissions, or client documentation

4. Escalate delays, risks, or non-compliance issues to HOD promptly

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Python Data Engineer to work on cloud-native data platforms and backend services.

The role involves building scalable APIs, working with diverse data systems, and deploying containerized services using modern cloud infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills : Python, AWS, RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI/AWS CodePipeline)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Work extensively with AWS cloud services for deployment and data storage.
• Implement and manage SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.

• 1 -3 years experience in Aerospace Technical publications and S1000D, ATA2200 specifications.
• Experience in Engine Manuals (EM/EMM/CR/CIR etc.), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals is preferred.
• Previous use and/or knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker, Quicksilver, and/or Arbortext Editor required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, technical manuals, illustrated parts lists, and schematics. Ability to write technical manuals, procedure manuals, and service bulletins.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, team members, and customers.
• Familiar with rules and usage of ASD STE 100.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

• Architect, build, and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
• Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.

• Work as part of a small team, which will include other React Native developers, a project manager, QA professional, and a designer.
