​As an ORM Executive, you will be the "digital guardian" of our brand. You will monitor, manage, and improve our brand’s perception across social media, review sites, and search engines. Your goal is to foster positive customer sentiment while swiftly mitigating negative narratives and potential crises.

​Key Responsibilities

​Active Monitoring: Track brand mentions, reviews, and discussions across social media (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Reddit), Google My Business (GMB), and industry-specific forums.

​Response Management: Draft and post professional, empathetic, and on-brand responses to both positive and negative customer feedback within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).

​Crisis Mitigation: Identify high-risk comments or trending negative topics and escalate them to the PR/Marketing leads for immediate action.

​Sentiment Analysis: Categorize online mentions (Positive, Neutral, Negative) and provide weekly reports on sentiment trends and recurring customer pain points.

Required Skills & Qualifications

​Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in ORM or Digital Customer Support.

​Communication: Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt tone (from professional to witty) based on the situation.

​Soft Skills: A "thick skin" for handling online trolls/hatred and a solution-oriented mindset.

​Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of SEO (to understand how reviews impact search rankings).

Job Description: Python Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Python Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, familiarity with modern development practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Python Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Build automation for operational tasks such as deployment, monitoring, system checks, and maintenance.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code following best practices.
• Develop APIs, CLI tools, or microservices when required.

Linux Systems Engineering

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Perform system performance tuning, log analysis, and root-cause diagnostics.
• Work with system services, processes, networking, file systems, and security controls.
• Implement shell scripting (bash) alongside Python for system-level automation.

CI/CD & Infrastructure Support

• Support integration of Python automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Participate in build and release processes for infrastructure components.
• Ensure automation aligns with established infrastructure standards and governance.
• Use Bash scripting together with Python to improve automation efficiency.

Cloud & DevOps Collaboration (if applicable)

• Collaborate with Cloud/DevOps engineers on automation for AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Integrate Python tools with configuration management tools such as Chef or Ansible, or with Terraform modules.
• Contribute to containerization efforts (Docker, Kubernetes) leveraging Python automation.

Responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical business systems/application services and modules. Delivering high availability and performance. We expect them to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including writing well-designed, testable, efficient code. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities: Developer responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer with proven hands-on Software Development experience. We use Java 8

• 6-10 years Java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java-based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc

• Hands on experience on Spring boot & SPARK Microservices and OSGi specifications

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS

• Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging and testing

• Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment

• At least two years of experience in SOA & Microservices based process applications using BPM (Activiti/JBPM/Camunda)

• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

Responsibilities
