About KnackLabs
KnackLabs is a 94 person AI engineering firm based in Hyderabad. We build AI agents and automation
platforms for enterprise and mid market companies in India, the US, and the Middle East. Our clients
include IndiaFirst Life, Acceldata, Bureau, CashFlo, Hoichoi,
and the Indian Army. Our enterprise agent runtime, Gantry, is going open source. We run a growing
events program of CXO keynotes and Claude power user workshops across Indian cities.
We have done the groundwork: a brand book, a knowledge base, a website in progress, and a strong
client portfolio. What we do not have is someone who owns the story and tells it consistently. That is
this role.
The role
You will be our first marketing hire and you will own all of it: content, brand, website, newsletter,
LinkedIn, SEO, AI search visibility, and event marketing. You report directly to the founder.
This is a builder role, not a manager role. In your first months you work solo. Once you have a rhythm,
you hire and manage a junior designer who produces creatives using Figma and AI design tools.
Together you become the custodians of the KnackLabs brand. The founder and the VP Engineering are
your raw material. Your job is to extract what they know through short weekly conversations and turn it
into content that builds a pipeline. You will ghostwrite in their voice. You will not be inventing credibility
from scratch. We have real work to talk about.
What you will own
1. Content strategy and production. LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, and launch content. You
write most of it yourself.
2. Event marketing. We run CXO keynotes, workshops, and private dinners. You own
invitations, registrations, follow up content, and post event assets. Events are our main pipeline
engine, so this is a core part of the role, not a side
task.
3. Website. Every page is yours. Structure, copy, conversion, and keeping it current.
4. SEO and AI search visibility. Make KnackLabs show up when buyers search on Google and when
they ask ChatGPT or Claude who builds enterprise AI agents. This includes cornerstone pages,
technical documentation support, and content around our open source launch.
5. Brand custodianship. You inherit our brand book and guidelines. You are free to challenge and
improve them. Once you hire the junior designer, the two of you enforce them everywhere.
6. Measurement. Qualified inbound conversations, event registrations from content, newsletter growth
among the right titles, and search rankings for terms buyers actually use. You set the targets
with the founder and report on them monthly.
First 90 days
1. Days 1 to 30: Learn the business. Audit the website, brand book, and existing content. Set up the
weekly extraction rhythm with the founder. Ship your first newsletter and LinkedIn cadence.
2. Days 31 to 60: Own marketing for the next CXO event end to end. Publish the first cornerstone
website pages. Define the quarter's metrics.
3. Days 61 to 90: Hire the junior designer. Run the content engine for the open source launch. Show
early movement on at least two metrics.
What we need from you
1. Ten or more years in B2B marketing, with real time spent in demand generation or content led
growth.Services or technology background preferred.
2. Strong writing. You will be tested on this. Plain, clear English that a busy CXO reads to the end.
3. Genuine taste in design. You will not produce visuals yourself, but you must be able to look at a
page or a creative and know exactly what is wrong
with it.
4. Working knowledge of SEO and a real point of view on how AI search is changing discovery.
5. Event marketing experience. You have filled rooms before and turned attendees into pipeline.
6. Comfort operating alone. No team, no agency, no playbook handed to you. You build it.

1. Experience marketing to Indian enterprise and mid market buyers.
