About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend bias to help build end-to-end product experiences across Lumen and Agent Studio. You will own features from database and API design through to the front-end experience, working closely with product and design to ship AI-powered experiences that real business users depend on every day.

What You’ll Do

Design and build backend services and APIs in Python that power core product and AI-agent features.

Build front-end interfaces and experiences that let users interact naturally with AI agents, insights and CRM workflows.

Own features end-to-end — from data modeling and backend logic to UI implementation, testing and release.

Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements into well-architected, scalable systems.

Integrate with LLM-based and agentic backend systems built by the AI/ML engineering team.

Optimize application performance, reliability and code quality across the stack.

Engage directly with customers and customer success teams to understand workflows, triage issues and inform roadmap decisions.

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with a clear backend-heavy skill set in Python.

Strong experience designing and building REST/GraphQL APIs, data models and scalable backend services.

Working proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) to build and integrate user-facing features.

Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, caching and cloud infrastructure.

Ability to move fast in a zero-to-one environment while maintaining code quality and system reliability.

Strong communication skills — this is a customer-facing role, and you will be expected to clearly articulate technical concepts, decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers.

Good to Have

Experience building features on top of LLM or AI-agent backends.

Prior experience in CRM, SaaS or enterprise business applications.

Exposure to real-time or voice-based product interfaces.

3 to 5 years of experience to support and enhance Conga CPQ and ERP systems

Should have Conga CPQ/CLM expertise. Serve as SME for Conga CPQ & ERP systems

Perform system testing, validation and coordinate with business UAT testing

Expert-level knowledge in product modelling, pricing configurations, and quote management

Collaborate with teams to gather, analyze and document business requirements

Should be good at creating stories, acceptance criteria and agile processes

6sense is seeking a Staff Software Engineer and data to become part of a team

designing, developing, and deploying its customer-centric applications.

We’ve more than doubled our revenue in the past five years and completed our Series

E funding of $200M last year, giving us a stable foundation for growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Own critical datasets and data pipelines for product & business, and work

towards direct business goals of increased data coverage, data match rates, data

quality, data freshness

2. Create more value from various datasets with creative solutions, and unlocking

more value from existing data, and help build data moat for the company3. Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain optimal data pipelines, and assemble

large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business

requirements

4. Improving our current data pipelines i.e. improve their performance, SLAs,

remove redundancies, and figure out a way to test before v/s after roll out

5. Identify, design, and implement process improvements in data flow across

multiple stages and via collaboration with multiple cross functional teams eg.

automating manual processes, optimising data delivery, hand-off processes etc.

6. Work with cross function stakeholders including the Product, Data Analytics ,

Customer Support teams for their enablement for data access and related goals

7. Build for security, privacy, scalability, reliability and compliance

8. Mentor and coach other team members on scalable and extensible solutions

design, and best coding standards

9. Help build a team and cultivate innovation by driving cross-collaboration and

execution of projects across multiple teams

Requirements:

 8-10+ years of overall work experience as a Data Engineer

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

 Strong experience with Big Data technologies like Apache Spark. Experience with

Hadoop, Hive, Presto would-be a plus

 Strong experience in writing complex, optimized SQL queries across large data

sets. Experience with optimizing queries and underlying storage

 Experience with Python/ Scala

 Experience with Apache Airflow or other orchestration tools

 Experience with writing Hive / Presto UDFs in Java

 Experience working on AWS cloud platform and services.

 Experience with Key Value stores or NoSQL databases would be a plus.

 Comfortable with Unix / Linux command line

Responsibilities

·        Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

·        Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs

·        Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

                      Serve as a brand ambassador for existing and new products, developing  tailored sales pitches to each client.

·        Coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing to ensure customers satisfaction and appropriately introduce new products as they relate to client needs.

·        Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

·        Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

We are looking for a driven, curious and sincere full-stack software engineer having 0-2 years of professional experience. They will be assigned to a 0 to 1 project which presents a great opportunity to learn and grow.
