• Tech Architect with expertise in Java Spring Boot to design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 15–20+ years of experience in IT, with 20 years preferred.
• Proven experience in technology leadership and IT team management.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
