Role Description:

We are looking for a passionate and curious Junior Web3 Developer for a full-time remote position at CryptoXpress. This is an ideal opportunity for a developer who wants to grow their blockchain development skills by contributing to real-world crypto products used daily for trading, travel, and digital commerce.

You will work on integrating wallets, handling Web3 transaction flows, and supporting blockchain-based features in a mobile-first product that prioritizes seamless UX and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Web3 features within the CryptoXpress app (e.g., wallet connections, transaction confirmations, crypto payments).
• Integrate with libraries such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or WalletConnect to enable secure and smooth blockchain interactions.
• Assist in building user-facing features that depend on blockchain functionality.
• Help debug and resolve issues related to wallet connectivity, transaction reliability, or Web3 provider integration.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and blockchain engineers to build end-to-end flows.
• Stay current with emerging tools, updates, and standards across major EVM-compatible blockchains.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Web3 development using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with libraries like Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of wallet integration concepts (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect).
• Solid foundation in React or React Native is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ethereum, tokens (ERC-20, ERC-721), and gas mechanics.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies in a real-world app.
• Basic understanding of how crypto exchanges and wallets operate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).

We are looking for a UI Designer to create visually appealing, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, with a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless user interfaces across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate user research and wireframes into pixel-perfect UI designs.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual hierarchy across all digital products.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Optimize UI designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 8+ years experience in web application development and architecture.
• ·Extensive experience using open source software libraries
• Strong experience in at least one MVC architecture or application of the pattern
• Solid hands on experience with Java
• Strong experience with SQL ( Oracle, MySQL, Postgres)
• Strong experience in Data Structures & Algorithms
• ·Must have built end to end continuous integration and deployment infrastructure for micro services
• Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery
• Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are required.
• Self-starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.

• Prior experience building modular, common and scalable services
• Experience using chef, puppet or other deployment automation tools
• Experience working within a distributed engineering team including offshore
• Bonus points if you have contributed to an open source project
