Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated React Native Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in React Native development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, React, and mobile development principles.
• Experience with mobile app deployment (Play Store and App Store).
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Redux, Firebase, or GraphQL.
• Prior experience working in Agile environments.

Oracle Fusion Integration Developer

Expert in Integrations Using Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) Service 

Expert in developing Inbounds and Outbound Integrations for Oracle SaaS Application

Experience working on the AIM Documentation writing Technical Specs, Test Script SIT UAT Code Review and Deployment and SDLC Change Management process

Experience on Fusion ERP Technical Architecture and Finance/ SCM/ HCM modules

Must have -Core HR, GL, P2P, PPM, Compensation

Good to have AP, AR, FA, CM, PO etc. 

Able to integrate HCM with third party providers such as ADP, Mercer, etc.

Must have Technical hands-on experience working on Full Implementation lifecycles of at least 2+ project

Expert on Web Services (SOAP/REST). 

Should have experience in BI Publisher (RTF design /eText /Scheduling /Parameter Handling/Bursting /backup and migration of reports to different pods).

Should have experience in additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and support the setup and delivery of client-specific Proof of Concepts (POCs), aligning execution with strategic objectives.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable product configurations. 
• Engage with global clients and internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and other regions to support solution delivery and feedback cycles. 
• Analyse issues, identify patterns, and assist in troubleshooting during the POC phase, ensuring customer satisfaction and solution effectiveness. 
• Document insights, user feedback, and implementation data to contribute to product enhancement discussions and impact analysis. 

Requirements 

Education 

• B.Tech, BCA,B.Sc or equivalent degree in a related field. 

Professional Experience 

• 0–1 year of experience as a Junior Product Analyst or a similar role.

Role: UI Developer (ReactJs Developer)

Primary Skills (Must Have):

·      1.5 - 2.5 years of experience in web UI development
