Manager - Analytics

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in FinTech, invoice financing, lending, or financial platforms. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, QA, and client stakeholders to define and deliver scalable financial workflows and platform enhancements.

The ideal candidate should understand financial processes, approval workflows, compliance-driven systems, and data-heavy platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Conduct requirement workshops with business, operations, and client stakeholders
• Map end-to-end workflows for invoice financing, onboarding, approvals, disbursements, and reporting
• Define Maker–Checker / approval flows and role-based access controls
• Perform gap analysis between current and proposed system capabilities
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for engineering teams
• Create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and functional solution documents
• Work closely with QA teams to validate test scenarios and support UAT cycles
• Clarify requirements during sprint planning and development cycles
• Assist in impact analysis for change requests and new feature enhancements
• Ensure requirements incorporate compliance, auditability, and data validation needs
• Support go-live activities and post-release validation

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Invoice Financing platforms (most preferred), FinTech, Lending or Banking
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, invoice processing, financial dashboards and approval mechanisms
• Experience writing clear and structured user stories and functional documents
• Familiarity with audit trails, compliance requirements, and governance-driven systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

• Exposure to Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital Financing
• Experience with dashboard/reporting requirements
• Understanding of rule-based systems or configurable financial platforms
• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations

Strong DevOps /Cloud Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of experience as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong expertise in cloud platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP (any one or more)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong hands-on experience in Linux administration and system management

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must be proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation

Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch

Mandatory (Company) – Top tier Product-based company (B2B Enterprise SaaS preferred)

•  Perform Build activities (hardware & software configuration) of customer environment and contribute to improve Build process.
•  Coordinate for Service transition activities.

• Initiate change / release requests in line

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must have 3+ years’ experience in ASP .NET with C# and VB.NET
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in SQL Server
• Must have experience working with SOAP and REST Web Services
• Must have experience with SSRS and SSIS
• Must have some experience with MVC framework and Angular JS
• Must be able to work with basic CSS and HTML
• Must be able to work with jQuery and JavaScript
• Experience with Reporting Services, WCF, etc. would be a strong positive

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the 

layout, design and coding of websites specifically in Angular. You must also possess a strong 

knowledge of web application development using Javascript / Typescript programming language.

• Document features, technical specifications & infrastructure. 
• Take ownership of the project you will be working on 

Qualifications 

• 4+ years of experience in web development and software design. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience of developing web applications using Angular 
• Expertise in front-end technologies HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap 
• Experience working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK is a 

plus. 

• Experience working on building PWAs is a plus. 
• Should be comfortable working in an Agile Environment. 
• Should have a good eye for detail. 
• Should be comfortable working on Ubuntu Systems / Windows Systems. 
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Job Description:

1. At least 3+ years’ experience into web front end/full stack development

1. Proficient in Object Oriented JavaScript programming and working with JS frameworks on both client and server-side

1. In depth knowledge and working experience in full stack development, for example in Node JS and Mongo DB based implementations as a MEAN stack dev

1. Experience implementing applications using Sails.JS, Angular or ExpressJS frameworks

1. Have hands on knowledge in database technologies, preferable NoSQL databases, such as, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.

1. Experience with design patterns and building applications from scratch is a plus
2. Thorough understanding and exposure to API integrations, especially RESTful-based web services in JSON
3. Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (bitbucket, Git etc).
