Role Overview

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after booking, coordinating documentation, supporting customers through financial processes, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers post-sale and maintain strong relationships

• Provide end-to-end customer support from booking to handover

• Draft, review, and edit agreements and customer documentation

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing

• Assist customers with documentation and registration processes

• Maintain and update CRM records and customer data

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

• Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution

• Track milestones, payments, and documentation status

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Golang, AWS, and Database Design to spearhead backend development initiatives, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineering teams. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with leadership capabilities to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development Leadership:

Lead the design and development of backend systems using Golang and microservices architecture.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of backend services.Database

Design & Optimization:

Own database schema modeling, normalization, and performance tuning.

Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases to design efficient data storage solutions.
