The Job profile, in short, will include multiple roles - From B2B Sales, Partner/Vendor/Client Relationship Management, Admin roles, Project Management (at a basic level) etc.
Each candidate will start their training through B2B Sales since that is the best way to learn the services and positioning of our company. Further, they will be put into other roles, based on their Capabilities & Vacancies.
Post 6 months, one role will be made permanent for them, with a 100% or more hike in salary.
We are looking for someone who can be with us for the long term. There will be a one-year bond with Palpx.
