We are looking for Management Trainees (girls preferred) to lead and oversee the operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters of business. 

They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company's vision and culture.

The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

Skills Required:

• Fluency in English
• Good communication
• Strategic Thinking capacity

Requirements:

• Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
• Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, materials, equipment etc.)
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
• Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
• Assess overall company performance against objectives
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

There will be training for the initial 6 months until the candidate achieves the skill. During this period, the salary/stipend will be ₹10,000/- to ₹15,000/- per month.

Candidates will be trained under the Co-Founders, who are well-experienced.

The Job profile, in short, will include multiple roles - From B2B Sales, Partner/Vendor/Client Relationship Management, Admin roles, Project Management (at a basic level) etc. 

Each candidate will start their training through B2B Sales since that is the best way to learn the services and positioning of our company. Further, they will be put into other roles, based on their Capabilities & Vacancies.

Post 6 months, one role will be made permanent for them, with a 100% or more hike in salary.

We are looking for someone who can be with us for the long term. There will be a one-year bond with Palpx.

• Working Days: 6 days a week will be working (Monday - Saturday)
