The Role: Salesforce Architect for Asset Management Company
Experience: 6 Years – 10 Years
Certifications: Minimum 4 Salesforce Certification
Job Location: Kamla Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai
Mode: 5 days’ work from office
Relocation Provided: No
We are looking for
· A seasoned professional with deep experience in designing and architecting applications using Salesforce as a software and as a platform, including integrating Salesforce applications with other platforms and applications
· Proficiency in integration development including in MuleSoft
· Deep experience in running discoveries, capturing requirements, assessing product/ platforms for fit, conducting fit-gap analysis, platform/product selection, determining total cost of ownership, designing the solution, defining entities and entity relationships, estimating complexity and effort, leading implementation, managing product quality and code libraries, deployment, application-level reporting and integration
· An Architect who has expertise in agile and distributed agile delivery and has built/ implemented custom and packaged applications
· Experience in end-to-end product requirement/ backlog management of both in-house and vendor applications, including ownership of all assets (data dictionaries, data controls, profiles and permission sets, config workbooks, TDDs, FRDs/ BRDs, reusable code, DevOps framework, QA metrics)
· Experience in application audits, application modernization, re-platforming, re-factoring/ containerization, enhancements and support
· Strong design thinking approach supported by methodology and toolsets throughout the development cycle; test driven design expertise
· Expertise in handling cross functional stakeholders, alliances and vendors; has designed and managed centre of excellence and digital governance
· A servant leader who is committed to design and delivery excellence through investment in the team
· An expert who is able to engage with stakeholders and translate vision to digital outcomes
· Proficiency in Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein and Tableau. Experience in Java, JavaScript and XML
· Technical capabilities including Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Framework and Lightning Components
· Knowledge of ERP, CRM, e-commerce applications design and integrations with Salesforce
· At least 4 Certifications from among:
· Certified Salesforce Administrator/ Advanced Administrator
· Certified Platform App Builder
· Sales Cloud Consultant
· Service Cloud Consultant
· Platform Developer II
· Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer
· Integration Architecture Designer
· Application Architect
· System Architect
The Role requires you to
· As the lead for in-house development, you will be required to analyse, design/ architect, configure, develop, review, test and deliver quality applications on the Salesforce platform
· Define and implement the DevOps processes and activities
· Manage an internal development team; simultaneously manage integrations with other internal programs and third-party applications
· Identify areas for optimisation, transformation, assess change required and drive change through to implementation
· Play a key role in cloud migration strategy with focus on single/multi cloud, best possible tools/service on cloud, design architecture
· Be able to leverage DevOps environment like Jenkins, GitHub/ Bitbucket, SonarQube, Checkmarx, etc. to deploy/orchestrate the models
· Ensure adherence to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications
· Partner with the cross-functional teams/line of business to discover, design, build, test and deploy solutions
· Establish and adhere to highest standards on design, code build, test, deploy, supported by processes and tools
· Formulate a technology vision and strategy for the firm, to ensure we are updated with new technologies and systems
· To be a great listener, have strong reasoning skills and articulate with clarity
Technical Experience
· T-Shaped/Broad skilled software development professional with deep skills in certain areas such as coding, project management, testing and/or analysis
· Experience with Agile programming techniques such as test-driven development
· Hands on experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, Salesforce
· Experience of integration approaches and platforms including MuleSoft
· Experience of Informatica, Talend, Hadoop, etc.
· Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, SQL and Cloud technologies
Desired certifications
· Solution architect certification for one or more platforms including Salesforce, AWS, Azure
· Certified integration architect on one more platform including Salesforce, AWS, Azure
· Certified Scrum Master
· Certified Product Owner
