Job Description: Interior Designer (B.Arch. – Villas/Residential Projects)

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a B.Arch qualification and 2–8 years of architectural interior design experience. The ideal candidate will specialize in luxury villas and residential projects, bringing strong visualization and execution skills to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Create innovative interior design concepts tailored to villa and residential projects.
• 3D Visualization: Develop high-quality 3D models and renders using SketchUp, Enscape, D5, and Lumion.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for execution and site implementation.
• Client Presentations: Deliver compelling design presentations, mood boards, and walkthroughs.
• Project Execution: Coordinate with site teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to align design with project goals.

Interview Process – Interior Designer (B.Arch, Villas/Residential)

• Face-to-Face Interview
• Initial round to assess technical knowledge, design approach, and communication skills.
• Assignment Round
• Practical design test using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or Photoshop to evaluate creativity and execution ability.
• Director Round
• Discussion with the Director to assess alignment with project requirements, detailing, and client handling skills.
• CEO Round
• Final evaluation focusing on cultural fit, long-term vision, and contribution to luxury villa/residential projects.

🌍 Location

Bengaluru, India – with flexibility to travel to project sites.

Full-time, office-based with site visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

Development experience with programming languages

Hands on knowledge of dart would be great

Hands on knowledge of flutter would be great

Working knowledge of API integration

Experience with Flutter 2.0 for building both web and mobile applications would be a big plus
