We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. This role is integral to helping our development teams maintain agility, productivity, and the highest standards in delivering solutions to meet our client’s evolving needs.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have solid working experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and AWS cloud technologies, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality backend solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend solutions using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core with a focus on AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate within an Agile team environment, working closely with developers, technical leads, solution architects, QA, and product owners.
• Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs, microservices, and backend architectures that support business and application needs.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security standards in all backend development tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core with ASP.NET Core (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Solid experience (5+ years) with Entity Framework and relational databases.
• Working proficiency with SQL and experience in database management (MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and web services.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Docker containers and unit testing frameworks.

Development Stack:

• Languages/Frameworks: C#, .NET Core with ASP.NET Core, SQL query, etc.
• Tools: Visual Studio Code or equivalent IDEs, Git version control, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Database: MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

Non-Functional Requirements:

• Understanding of SLA, uptime, performance optimization, security, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on working knowledge of Angular, PHP, and Yii frameworks.
• Familiarity with frontend development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, JavaScript frameworks, PHP web frameworks, and Bootstrap.

Role: .Net Full Stack Developer

Work Mode: 5 days WFO

Location: Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. 4+ Hands-on experience in Web application (full stack) development using .Net framework & .Net (Core), MVC.

2. Strong hands on using one of the front-end UI frameworks, React and complimentary technologies ie., Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap. Must have React experience.

3. Having SQL Server skills with the ability to create complex stored procedures, views, functions, tables etc.,

4. Good experience in developing Restful APIs and integrating 3rd party APIs.

5. Experience in implementation of design patterns, code optimization and performance tuning.

6. Good knowledge on code repositories like Github, TFS etc.

7. Good to have knowledge of App services and Azure functions.

8. Good knowledge of integrating code into CI/CD pipelines.

9. Good unit testing skills to ensure responsiveness and efficiency with knowledge of tools like NUnit, XUnit, MSTest etc.

10. Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers and fix QA raised defects seamlessly.

11. A good team player, collaborate with project managers, tech leads and support offshore-onsite coordination

12. Support during various stages of deployment and collaborate with the relevant teams during deployment.

13. Knowledge on writing technical documentation and presentations.

14. Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction or as part of a team.

15. Demonstrated ability to work on highly complex projects within tight timelines

16. The ability to clearly communicate complex technical specifications, and a motivation to achieve best-in-class results.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Relevant degree in software engineering fields; training in principles and techniques of software development.

Experience: 1-5 years of relevant software architecture, software development and software testing experience.

Skills:

• Strong technical skills in .Net, C#, VB, SQL Server 2008, Oracle, AJAX, Web Services. Strong English reading and writing communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to deal with clients and travel to project sites. Possess good organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead a moderate group of software engineers and also able to work independently. Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.

Responsibilities: Responsible for software development activities throughout the project, including key phases of process such as development, testing, implementation.

Other: Be familiar with systems concepts design and standards. Good awareness and practical approach of standard SDLC and be quickly able to understand adhere to coding standard followed by Ember Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Job Synopsis:

• You will be a part of the Technology Team, involved in all the stages of architecture to the development of our web-based applications product.
• Designing and developing applications using Microsoft Technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, C#).
• Contributes materially to all aspects of the SDLC, including understanding requirements, design, development, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise solutions
• You will be breaking down the project requirements, assigning tasks to the team, and assisting them to smoothly deliver.

• Expected to spend 80% of the time on hands-on development, design and remaining 20% on guiding on technology and resolving other impediments

• Collaborate well with other developers, leads and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient products
• Significant knowledge of PL/SQL including tuning, triggers, and stored procedures
• Prepare and package scripts and code across development, test and QA environments
