PHP Developer

As a UI Developer (UI-D) at WWS, we are looking for a dynamic UI designer who will be responsible for the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design of our SaaS platforms. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usab usefulness, and exceptional visual design.You will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to Uility,I/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

What We Expect

• Preferably a degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Any Graduate within a related field..  
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and development work
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in responsive design and mobile-first development
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively explain design decisions and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility in shifts would be a great advantage.

  Design Requirements.

 Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Collaborate with the product management, development, and marketing teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to the team.

Utilize best practices and design principles to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and competitive in the market.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to streamline and standardize the design process.

Tailored Requirements. To collaborate with the product development team and its stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital users. Testing UI elements such as layouts, navigations, tabs and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

User Research. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and management, Conduct user research and evaluate user feedbacks for better experience and aesthetic improvements.

Prototype & test. Prototyping to showcase the design interactions in real-time and also for testing on real time feasibility. Testing helps find weaknesses in the design and ensures that the final product meets projected expectations.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the development of our across all phases of software and web development including ideation, prototyping, design, production, and maintenance.
• Work closely with founders and internal/external stakeholders to build products, tools, and services from scratch and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Be actively involved in requirements gathering, customer interviews and the creation of robust product solutions.
• Brainstorm and lay the foundations of the technology and architectural roadmap as well as the development processes.
• Share your technical expertise to help the team make thoughtful and scalable design decisions and identify performance bottlenecks to troubleshoot quickly.
• Manage product development priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Hire and manage a small team of engineers (internal/outsourced).

Skills & Qualities we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 4-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers) at a fast-paced, preferably early / growth stage start-up.
• Proficient with frontend technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript & ReactJS/VueJS.
• Proficient with backend technologies - Java/NodeJs/Golang/Python/Ruby.
• Hands-on experience working with any cloud AWS/GCP/Azure/DigitalOcean.
• Knowledge of codebases and version control systems (Git).
• Well-versed with SQL database design & RDBMS concepts.
• Strong arithmetic reasoning, logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong knowledge of code quality maintenance and performance analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Building and implementing top-notch user interfaces using Javascript and the Angular framework 

Writing efficient Javascript code while also using HTML and CSS 

Develop all server-side logic, including data storage to optimize website performance 

Using the latest front-end technologies, creating adaptable interfaces for online applications 

Leading with product-analysis tasks and conducting performance tests 

Using sustainable coding patterns that can be easily enhanced and modified subsequently 

Perform complex product analysis as well as development duties that may include significant research and analysis 

Ensuring extensive and proper documentation of solution designs and implementation for easy onboarding of new teammates 

Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver requirements 

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments 

Providing tech support for clearing bottlenecks and and obstacles 

Identifying and troubleshooting issues with frontend code 

Execute automated testing platforms and system tests 

REQUIREMENTS 

Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of JavaScript and Node.js 

Professional experience in full stack development using the NAP stack - Node.js, Angular, Postgres 

In depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues 

Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance. 

Proficiency in Javascript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks 

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) 

Good understanding of or working experience with IONIC framework is a major plus

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Creating the website architecture.
• Implementing front-end designs as per the UI mockup in hand, preferably in Oxygen Builder, Bricks.io, Kadence and added knowledge in Elementor is a plus.
